Hello @Teemenzo, thank you very much, you have been very helpful. Regarding countries he visited, he told me he has visited Saudi and UAE. He also mentioned those are the three countries he has applied for visa. I hope you get your TRV soon. 1 Like |

hello @technix My brother-in-law has not travelled to Canada before but he has 3 siblings in Canada. The 3rd point was not in his 1st rejection as the GCMS focused alot about home ties and family ties. He has lost hope of reapplying. Lately, i observed people applying from other countries are rejected because the VO does not believe they will return. Both study and visitor's visa. |

@Teemenzo Thanks for your response. i posted the rejection letter. Pls, has any one here gotten a TRV recently when applying from another country?

hello Guys, My brother in law recently got rejected for a study visa for the 2nd time in 4 months. He lives and works in Dubai, the main reason for rejection was "They dont think he will return after his studies". I am open to any advice i can get as i am helpless. Thank you. 1 Like |

please state this in the SOP, you can also explain what he has been from 2012 till now so the 'purpose of visit' can be clarified. in his sop, he can talk about his aspiration to be so so and so and he is focused on achieving that even if it might take time. All the best @Emmyirab |
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by SeyiMiilan: 3:25am On Jan 24, 2018 |
Hi there, if I may ask pls, what is your bro highest level of education? it is good you paid part of the school fees, you can use that to counter "purpose of visit". In your brother's SOP/LOE, you might have to explain what he intends to do after school. for the employment situation, your sponsor should state in a letter of introduction that he/she intends to sponsor your bro's education hence his unemployment. @Emmyirab |
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by SeyiMiilan: 3:02am On Jan 24, 2018 |
hello, you can reapply for MSc, I would suggest you tackle the purpose of visit though (you can pay part of your school fees and attached the receipt to your application). you can also explain YOUR PURPOSE in Canada in your SOP/LOE @Taymiia7 |

HELLO, you can get your study permit as long as you can explain why you want to study food science (only the VO knows the chance of getting a visa). as regards your daughters, pls show as much funds as possible in ur statement of account to ensure they would be taken care of. pls arrange all your documents properly and do a break down @kelvotemi |

the school you are applying to would look at your grades (esp the last two years of school) before granting you admission or not. since your gp is 3.71/5, I would advice you to contact the school or simply apply. @tall2ce |

Hello, u pm ed me, I answered you already.. Yes, pls let ur sponsor state how much would be given to you in your sponsor's letter. Let it tally with the amount you wld fill in ur app/form also (counters insufficient fund reason for refusal).. @eller 1 Like 1 Share |
