if USB debugging is enabled on the phone, your information can be copied and transferred to the new phone.
Is the screen totally blank or e still dey show small? If e dey show, enable USB debugging in developer settings. If not, still take it to Ikeja and tip your engineer ti check around for a screen that can be used to enable you copy and transfer all your files.
Either ways, another phone is better than just getting a follow-come screen.

Alternatively, when you get the new phone, a competent engineer can open the backs of the two phones (your old one and the new one), and he can connect your old panel to the new screen, without removing the screen from the new phone. Just switch connectors, to help you enable the USB debugging, so that your phone can be accessed by a computer, to copy your information.

Wrong, go test am on KitKat and lollipop. *73 is forwarding prefix for Verizon, that’s why it doesn’t work. This isn’t about android version.

No follow me argue wetin I know, until you don test an yourself, bros. I imported some Samsung S7 Edge phones recently, all Verizon wireless branded (and they always come unlocked and are cheaper to buy ). The ones with Android 7 version dial 737 fine, while the ones with Android 8 goes straight to Verizon voicemail (and the voicemail can't be turned off). I still put my SIM in the other phone, to do a transfer or buy airtime for data.

I know it's a general Verizon issue, because *73 t's their voicemail code, but on Android 7.0 on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, GTBank's *737# works fine.

The GTBank 737 and general USSD issue with Verizon-branded Samsung Galaxy phones is only on phones with Android 8.0. Android 7.0, 7.1 dey check 737 wells and other USSD codes work well too.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
All 3 are unlocked. Verizon wireless branded. All have bad screens, they are unlocked and receive calls.
4GB/32GB.

One is coral blue- cracked glass. screen is blank, but comes up sometimes. Fully set up and receives calls-20k. Overall, it's the neatest of all 3 phones back glass has no single scratch, and the frame is very neat. Only screen is needed.

One is black- cracked glass. screen flickers. Stabilizes sometimes. Works fine and receives calls. Back glass is cracked and rear camera is dusty (may need to be changed)-20k
