lenghtinny: Age is the last thing you should worry about in med school…. You’ll definitely meet people way older than you when you get in. So don’t let that limit you in anyway, just focus on yourself and let every other thing fall in place.
Clinton39: Hello Chief, In my honest opinion, you shouldn't even be asking this.
22 years? Dah, you are a very young man
There are more than 10 persons in my class who are over 40. Most of them are married with children. But here they are, chasing hard after their dreams because the race of life is not a Sprint but a marathon. Each person has his own race to run, and you are not in a competition with anyone.
It's all a matter of purpose and passion. If you strongly believe that this is what you are meant to do with your life, then carry on my brother, nothing do you.
When you finally get in, it will be worth it and you will forget all your toiling and labour, trust me. May God bless everything you do.
Please chat me on Whatsapp I lost your number.
Appreciated doc. All right, no qualms. I will chat you up.
Greetings great minds. Please those that got medicine and surgery admission or any other availability course with connection, *How do you guys accept admission offer from jamb caps and school caps to print the admission admission letter *How is the admission runned *How do you pals engage in school clearance since the admission is not genuine. *How do you pal obtain the matriculation number and engage in observing some specific admission criterials.
RuyiMedicDiary: Hello SF, I understand how you feel. People keep saying that age doesn't matter. But from experience, it could matter along the line! Just be sure that it's what you want for yourself. You will definitely get older. It's better to get older while doing what you want. If age is to 'restrict' you at all, you are your 'restriction'. Noone will refuse to give you MBBS admission because of your 'age'.
Anyway, incase you've not seen this series, I talked about my personal experience. I talked about the challenges of starting medical school as a second degree or at age 25+. I also gave advice to those in this category.
Eben331: When it comes to medical school, age doesn't matter. Forget about your secondary school mates being far ahead of you. Everyone has their own time zone. It is just a matter of time. Before you know it, you are done with medical school. In my class, there is a man who's in his 40's or 50's and he is married. Look at it, if someone at that age can be studying Medicine, then why should you be concerned when you are just 22? There are also those with first degree in my class and in the level lower than mine. Just focus on your goals and make sure they are achieved. Forget about age when it comes to medical school.
All right chief, i will. I am extremely grateful, i sincerely appreciate.
Miracood2: I'm 22, will be 23 soon but I've just started 100lvl in Radiography.
In my department, I have a colleague who studied Water engineering, served and worked for some years, but still came back to pursue a degree in ràdiography. Man is in his 30's.
Use your 20's to pursue your dreams and u'll be glad you did in your 30's.
I'm not going to lie though, the zeal and passion for education has greatly reduced compared to when I was much younger. I just hope I get a spark to revamp my passion soon.
I did spend a lot of years trying to get admission into a medical course. Right now, it really doesn't interest me. Nothing actually interest me right now.
Wow, congratulations chief on you admission. Radiography is a great medical course. I will like to connect with you via whatsapp or facebook, but why is anything doesn`t interest you?
SF123: Greetings to all the amazing personalities of this great forum. Age goes by what it`s called. I am 22 now. Does my age an impediment or a limiting factor still be considered because of not being in medical school by now; going by my classmates and those that i am ahead of in secondary school are now currently in 300l ,200l, 100l. Sporadically as per say some are through with ND, IT while some just gained admission to study one course or the other but not actually their dream course, although some are lucky because they got their heart desired course. My stand here is..is age an impeding factor in medical school using my self as a reference point?

I think all info you need about tuition is online.
Though I think the fees are close in equivalence to the ones of some private universities.
If you could consider EKO, may I also suggest UNIMED?
Well for Medicine in these schools, I think 280+ is enough to keep you aloof.
Well, lemme allow others opine.
Good luck in your endeavours.
When is your exam date?
Chief, a friend of mine pinpointed the school as his choice so that was what promulgated me to enquire more about the institution. By Gods grace, i wrote on Tuesday 25th.
Greetings everyone. Please i need an enquiry about Eko university of medical and health sciences, their tuition fees, previous departmental cut off mark for medicine and surgery and the score to target in order to be eligible for medicine and surgery in the school.
Keeon: Evening medics! I've been a silent follower (with another username), I promised to announce my presence when offered MBBS. As God would have it, UDUS gave me Medicine and Surgery in their just concluded admission process. Hoping to learn more from you guys. Peace!
RenegadeX: God bless you my brother for saying the truth and being objective and unbiased , may God see you through completion of the degree.
The funny thing is that the “rugged tout” and “Clint d drunk” attacking me previously did not render any tangible advice to the young man. They just wanted to pounce on me because they felt I attacked their beloved profession
Brother, tell me more about this. I sent you a mail, drop your facebook username or whatsapp contact.
Froshchuksswart: You have a point I'm less than 2 months to becoming a 500L medical student, I'm 23 years i tell you, my mindset has changed unlike 2017/2018 I was looking for admission i saw this profession as something I would do for a life time the only thing not stopping me from quitting at this point is because I don't have a previous degree, all I need now is this certificate I don't think I would even practice tbvh, ps it is not only me,also some of my class mates too
tell me more about this via facebook? Send me your facebook user name or whatsapp contact, i sent you a mail.
