poshemmanuel: Paralysis occurs due Iatrogenic Injury to the Sciatic Nerve due to Intramuscular Injection. Sciatic nerve can get injured easily because of the large size and also the buttock being the most common injection area, a quack doctor or nurse gives an injection in the buttock can cause paralysis if there's an injury to the sciatic nerve(latrogenic injury). All right, i am grateful chief. |

immanuelsize: thanks for the info. My question is.... An indigen with poor o'level (all are 'C'), what should the person be aiming/targeting to score in jamb in other to get admission? The pal should target at least 280-300. Although ceteris paribus, everything depends on the general performance of the aspirants who enrolled at the institution and course respectively. |

Gemineye: EBSU medics..Humancalc et al...what are the modalities for admission into EBSU Medicine and Surgery Greetings Bosslady. EBSU admission policy for medical student goes like this, they don`t write post utme. They only consider jamb score/aggregates and O level result grade strickly. So since it`s a state university, they admit more of their indigens. So my candid counsel to the individual is to make sure his O level result is extremely strong and his/her jamb score should be high enough. I think they quota is 100 or there about, maybe has increased. |

mete3: Hey Boss. Can you pls run me through the UTME registration process. Like, The procedure to follow in getting the profile code.. The total cost of registration amount. Thanks in Anticipation. Get a profile code by sending your NIN number to 55019 or 66019 example (NIN 1234567891011) to any of the aforementioned five (5) digits numbers i*e 55019 or 66019 respectively The cost of UTME registration for those candidate that opted for mock is #6,700 and those who did not indicate for UTME mock is #5,700. Prior to that, if you registered last year; you can still use the same profile code but you have to fullfill all rightousness by sending you NIN TO 55019 or 66019 so that your name will be tailored to jamb which signifies that you will be writting UTME 2023. Then after that, you proceed to any jamb cbt accredited centre to complete your registration. |

DarkPheonix: Study past questions!!! Study all the years along side your textbooks, do this like 3 or more times before your exam.
Again study your past questions, get yourself jamb remix and drop lamlad only use it to get clarification when you don't understand something and that is only for chemistry. All right chief, i will try my possible best. Although i have not exhausted the syllabus that is why i have not started solving past questions to be precise. Apart from jamb remix series which is extremely scarce in my locality, i also have fat success utme reloaded which is apportion topics by topics; I think the fat success is equivalent to the remix series bc of its enough and extensive explanation of answers. Appreciated chief. |

MrEgghead: Don't give up. Many of us here have toured the same path and it's now all history. Medicine is the most competitive course to get, so it's understandable if it doesn't come in handy. There are many less competitive institutions you can always pick. Maybe you just need to start making wise and smart decisions. All right chief. i sincerely commend you, i really appreciate. |

Homosapiens20x: Have you registered? What method do you employ whilst reading for utme? Yes boss, i have registered. Pertaining to my reading schedule i normally go to the public library in my locality, i have a timetable which i drafted out each subject per day although i started early in my preparation. I will read a particular topic, make sure i covered the topic in my main textbook then after that i will use my lamlard and explicit series to study that particular topic specifically. I have a mindset of underlining every salient points i encountered, i have a jotter on my side where i jotted each unknown points down. After studying through out the day i will revise/memorise/recite what i studied to know actually if it sticts without looking at the textbook. On visiting the library the following day, i had to revise what i studied on the previous day before diving into another subject and topic respectively (my study time is 7-9 hours daily) not yet on past question |

This is extremely painful mehn, i am just deppresed right now. I pray this year will definitely be a turn up for me to share my testimony. |

As matter of fact, i am also aware that some candidates do work their first and second choice of institution to enable them increase their chances. But all things being equal, is it possible in my own case without withdrawing from unizik despite registering for their post utme exams? *How can this be achieved? Please help a confused pal. |
