Though mine was high like that and I was also given labethanol,it crashes the bp(once daily) but the drug is for chronic PIH like mine
During delivery I was 180/100 though the baby didn't survive
please even if its cs just sign cus that was the mistake I made still looking up to Gos for another one

Don't get me wrong cus I ran away from the hospital for two weeks didn't know my baby was already dead since you are on medication keep asking the doc the next step

The doctors said they will still add another drug to the Aldomet and monitor me

Could be annovulatory cycle, you need more tests to confirm if you are ovulating. Please stay off hormonal drugs without been monitored or managed by an obgyn or fertility specialist. If you are not comfortable with your health care provider, seek a second opinion.
Please don’t take your friend’s advice about ovarian stimulation..

Please treat as urgent.
I have been admitted for BP stabilization. This morning it showed 182/110, now 169/98. The doctors said it's PIH (Pregnancy induced Hypertension). I was given an injection to mature baby lungs and placed on Aldomet. Going by LMP, I am 35wks. But scan says 34weeks 1day.
Please, apart from the Aldomet, what else can be used to stabilize the BP?
pls help. I am a FTM. I want to be stable and discharged ASAP

During mine I was given nifedipine and aldomet but if the doc didn't include it don't bother taking it because self medication is a no go area

Multicystic ovaries, are ovaries are ovaries responding normally to lower than normal levels of pituitary hormones.

In both polycystic and multicystic conditions there is no need for any concern that the cystic pattern might be malignant or potentially cancerous. The cysts are in fact follicles which under a normal hormone environment would develop to produce mature eggs.The lack of appropriate hormonal stimulation has led to their growth but not to development into mature eggs.

Generally with multicystic ovaries, periods will be absent or extremely irregular. Egg production is rare or nonexistent and so infertility is the norm. However, this does not mean the ovaries
are in any way abnormal. They still have a full complement of immature eggs and so have the capacity to be stimulated to produce mature eggs.

If your doctor finds the multicystic pic on ultrasound he or she will inevitably ask about weight and personal stress.
If there has been weight loss, a diet to build up weight would be recommended. If stress is a major factor, counselling may be beneficial.

Any irregularities or concerns with your cycle? You will need to talk to your provider about it and possible way forward.

It's a less common occurrence where the ovary responds normally to lower than normal levels of pituitary hormones.
Unlike for the polystytic, your follicles grew to 19mm but it will not turn into mature eggs.
2 major causes of multicystic ovaries are anorexia/being very underweight and a high level of stress or anxiety causing you hormonal imbalance.
If you fall into any of the 2 categories, you'd have to make changes.....and also see your doctor for treatment plan.

My doc isn't saying anything,when I gave him the scan he said the cyst is the main issue but the woman who did the scan said I have enough eggs the reason why I believed you
The doctor said we need to get rid of the cyst
I have an appointment tomorrow if you can just teach me what to say so as to open his eyes to some other things apart from the cyst

I was here some time ago ttc for baby #1. It wasn't an easy journey. I was depressed. God finally answered my prayers and I was able to conceive. I was delivered of a baby few months ago. The reason why it took me too long to come forward was because I was trying not to get too excited till I deliver (the first pregnancy ended in miscarriage). So throughout the 9 months, I was scared. But glory be to God who made me a Mother today.

I am sharing this story to motivate someone. If you are going through depression as a result of ttc, I want to tell you that you are not alone. The God that did it for me will visit you soon.

I made a promise to God during my ttc journey that if I deliver successfully, that I will sow a seed (a token) into the live of a ttc Mother who really need money to buy some medicine but can't not afford it.

This thread really helped me and I want to give the token to a ttc mama here but I don't know who is more deserving of it. By "more deserving" I mean a mama in financial distress. Maybe the hws can suggest for me.

If you can help me ma I will forever be grateful,I had stillbirth at 39weeks in February since then I have been TTC,I was told to do some test to determine the causes of chemical pregnancy but no money even if its little cus this is the fourth chemical pregnancies I am experiencing. I am not writing this advise authoritatively o, but i v read alot about about this too . If you are very sure u ovulated in that cycle, u can place yourself on progesterone support after O. Or add high dose of VitB6 after O.i ve heard baby aspirin help d uterus more implantation friendly too. Above all,work on having better quality eggs to begin with.

I really appreciate, I have tried all the drugs you listed but its still the same,I do ovulate though I had stillbirth at 39 weeks in January since then I have been certified OK even the gynea is confused

when I test after ovulation its always positives later on the test becomes fainter till I see my period
I was told no medication for it

I had a chemical pregnancy back in early october but immediately took in. I was pregnant for about 5 weeks. I.e lasting about two weeks after a positive pregnancy test. The miscarriage blood I saw transient into my period and I took in at the next ovulation. The gynea only gave me a pink tablet(salbutamol) to take as soon as I conceived. He didn't mention anything about progesterone being low. I rarely take the tablet now and I am going to be 28 weeks tomorrow.

I has stillbirth at 39weeks due to cord accident after six weeks I was told to try which I did and it came out positive after two weeks I miscarried before the miscarriage the test after been positive reads negative or the test strip becomes fainter after then blood,this is the third time its happening and I was told to do scan which I did and nothing was found
Doctor I need help because the miscarriage is back to back though the doc said its chemical pregnancy because it happens before 5weeks of pregnancy (exact two weeks for the three)

The gyne said its chemical pregnancy that it happens after positive-negative result then the blood,He said maybe my hormones isn't supporting the pregnancy because it occurs when the pregnancy is two weeks so he said I will be placed on progesterone and baby aspirin in my next pregnancy
Mummies that have gone through this low progesterone should enlighten me
