Recently, I mistakenly subscribed to night browsing on glo network and I had about 400mb biweekly data on my phone. I was startled, I don't want to loss my 400mb almost brand-new, I still want to surf nairaland for like 10 days

So, out of boredom and almost depression I called customer care number 122 or so. The first customer care rep(TFC1)

TFC1: my name is......... What can I do for you?

I told her that I want to know more about my problem and she said I can't use night sub while I have data on my phone. I was weak but in order to certify curiosity I called one more time and the
Girl on the other end said something else.

Then few moment later, I figured out how to reach glo customer care service under 2 to 3 minute by skipping almost all the instructions. Remember I was bored but my research began. At the end of the day, 50% said yes and 50% said no to the same question.

Well, my phone shut down before 12pm, no light and I was even tired already. So today I'm in the same dilemma once again and I discovered that only 50% of customer glo rep are correct and know what that are doing.

So, it turns out that you can use your glo night data plan while you still have other long duration data service on your sim.

N:b. I told them my data package.


©©If you don't believe then, then I dare you to call more than 2 glo customer representative and ask them the same question. I pray they haven't seen this before that time.

Note: this is my only bad experience with Glo customer representative.
