I honestly don't even know what's wrong with the South African government at this point. I get the economy is generally slow these days but this is just tragic.

Below are the effects of the bomb on the abandoned settlement of Shafaron in Adamawa back in 2017 when the insurgents were stronger and operated in the area.

The CSIR and Paramount Group have officially created the hardest APC in the industry. The Mbombe 4 exceeded the NATO STANAG 3569 protection level (which is the highest for a wheeled APC)

I really hope the upgrade holds up considering it's shockingly poor performance in Libya with a normal anti tank shaped charge doing this much damage.
