If you read carefully and slowly this time around, you will notice the name of the company mentioned is called RIVERSIDE LNG and not NNPC. That is a private company and not the Nigerian state itself.

Don't tell me you are so ignorant as not to know that no private company can do such a business in Nigeria without government backing. As the Federal Government is signing memorandum of understanding to supply gas to Europe, it doesn't mean that government will do it by itself. It will be done through private companies.
