SmartPolician:Anyway, that is why the West are brilliant folks but not necessarily intelligent like those in SS( naturally intelligent even without going to school) that can also be polyglots speaking the language of the West ( additionally) WITHOUT leaving their region and blend well, pidgin with English when they speak to foreigners in their midst on 1st encounter. |
sageb:It seems since J succeeded with Yul, side chicks are more emboldened to try their luck... If the news going around is true, the wicked person is that one who so belittled herself to continue to stick to B even when everyone knows he is married to the extent of getting pregnant for him..... It takes grace for the lawful wife to forgive her after forgiving her husband.... Anyway, there is money and I pray B will have the wisdom to handle issues so there wouldn't be any form of future rivalry in anyway with the offsprings of these 2 women( the one inside and outside).... If he is poor and starts depriving the one inside plus her kid of their rights/ money that is where kasala dey |
Sometimes those who have degrees in Agriculture Economics are underrated, thinking they can't run or head CBN. Nigerians are like the Chinese of Africa but beyond travelling to prosper in many countries of the world, we want resemblance in industrial revolution even if we start with imitation of quality industrial products..... Utilizing appropriately the agricultural foodchain with proper security will make Nigeria self sufficient in many ways and where we have tried but not enough capacity in that endeavor, comparative advantage comes in with others especially other African countries, a WIN- WIN situation for all.... With enough ground work for this entrepreneurial bank, there are some things we will have alternatives for just as we do for many items in Nigeria which will even come cheaper including food eg bread, rice varieties. People can also be grouped to take loans to operate, this may work better instead of one individual who may feel it is a personal gift. Nigerians in diaspora can make up the number for foreign investors only if there is a conducive environment. Anything to make Nigeria better. |
Kennyquestt:*Supported..... Prophet as spoken ( lol) Though, I agree with him almost 100%.... Then some men are here narrating what made their girlfriends to flee from them as additional advices( lol). Inasmuch as everyone ought to marry, but the timing, choice/ taste and also the right to remain single should be respected.....What is not too good is taking someone's daughter deceitfully to becoming one's baby mama contrary to what the lady envisaged initially for herself( this can make any woman run away even with 2 kids for such a guy). |
Ezini:None.....Wema, Fair money MFBank( I won't say much for these 2 make bad belle people no vex cast am).......Diversify: Stocks ( I personally steer clear of mutual funds most times....Meristem na boss), Bonds... Treasury bills.... |
Sometimes when kids are little and father dies, the safe thing to do is to bury the owner on that land to scare off thieving relatives of the man, contenders that want to come behind etc., pending when the kids are adults to assume rightful ownership. But, it is better it is done in a corner of that house or if there is money and proper planning, body is exhumed and transfered lawfully LATER. The burying at a corner is to allow a fencing off of that property especially when it has big land. And can be sold so the family can eat from dad's sweat. But, the best is not to bury in the house/ land/ property though this is a cheaper and more honourable way for some families who cannot afford private cemeteries. |
Honlucas:Igbo, Edo and Yoruba( especially as Apata)..... I have friend from Enugu that bears Akpata. |
Husband and wife matter is somehow.... But unless he beats u and begins to threaten your existence( physically or otherwise), I think it is best u stay put oooo instead Obiageli who hasn't suffered even if na small with the man, will just come and continue enjoying from where u stopped. See, K Kanye's ex, Kanye has remarried and see Tiger Woods ex, Tiger hasn't remarried but the ex now has 2 as baby mama to a American 'Football' player after having 2 for Tiger Wood. Why should I demote myself to baby mama status from wifey status? Though, T allegedly CHEATED with many even, paying them not to speak out.... Most men cheat, so if u leave one to go get new one that u think doesn't cheat( initially), it makes one's life so unstable and scattered as a woman contrary to what u would have initially expected out of life maritally especially if u are the 'conservative' type. A remorseful man will beg his wife in the house and as a forgiver, the woman should accept.... I believe B has done the needful and even restitute to his wife if need be..... But, men try to FEAR God..... E be like say one thing that can make men to plenty pass women in the world beyond is infidelity/ fornication. Sometimes u wonder why women don't get pregnant the time they want it, the hubby will behave as if he is concerned not knowing that he is scattering his seed..... Anyway, she has helped wifey with childbearing May God help us all. |
Nigeria and doing things b4 they are fully prepared for it. Why not allow every flat owner to have portable, easily installable( which can be done by any electrician) and affordable meters that for now wouldn't be more than N10,000 such that even students can own one and with time the price drops a bit to half or N7500? So, everyone can guage what they use per day We can do what is right but the craze to make money is so insane. |
The one BOLD person here, is the one who instituted the law case. Abi, when one demolishes the land automatically becomes that of government and no one fights back? I never hear one thing he has done well since assumption of office and his mentor cannot call him to order. Very easy to destroy but not build. Inasmuch as the previous governor may have his flaws but he was also Mr Project..... There should be government of continuity....If the people like, after 4 years again put in your oppressor..... |
dafeoroyo:Exactly.....This is the one time solution for it, but it is expensive. Brushing with some lime too will help but he may need to detox.... And, maybe also deworm. Longrich works wonders to help tone back skin color after burns. |
Hoping this will be applied positively in terms of ensuring that those who steal from people's bank accounts will without delay be fished out by their own banks especially when the victim reports loss of funds, not that there will be unnecessary protocols of going to the Police and court first. This will help even Nigerians outside Nigeria to recover easily their money and lighten the burden on EFCC also, boost confidence in our banking system IF NOT, all is still 'wash' and has no direct benefit to Nigerian masses. |
Idaytesj29:We go go school together but tribalistic thinking no dey make una head correct.... The same school but u still can't distinguish who is Ndudi, Efe, Adesuwa, Onome, Itoro .... When did East become ANIOMA... Just writing Ijaw, Ibibio, Efik etc but when u see them and even hear their accents, u will still call them Igbo. Blame people individually not based on tribe.... Besides, NOI left the economy better than whoever was running the economy as Minister of Finance who left Emefiele to even do their work.... Now, Nigeria is in a sorry State but God will help us, only reason why I like that APC took over since they messed up our economy so they at least have the opportunity to rectify what they damaged.... We didn't know we were enjoying under PDP. |
sukkot:Please, will world remit send it straight to one's Naira bank account? Do they have web version apart from app? Not easy buying Bitcoin that leaves no proper trace incase of theft on a Nigerian website. It would have been good if one can also send money via card, bank account etc. |
thorpido:Some men have that grace. Some are old men with young ages. Same with Erwin Bach, a Music Executive from Switzerland who came as Protocol for Tina when she visited Switzerland and fell in love with her soon after. Tina Turner's husband: 30yrs Vs 47yrs when both started dating while she was still on her musical career in USA. They dated for 27yrs as a result. She moved to Switzerland and in 2013 they married.... Soon after she had hypertension which affected one of her kidneys and guess who stepped up to donate a kidney to her: Erwin.... The kidney sustained her till May,2023 coupled with old age.... She died at almost 84yrs while he is 67yrs. They loved each other TOO MUCH....Guess same with Macron and his wife. 'Beauty' is indeed in the eye of the beholder. |
Kpboy1:Meristem @Lagos for Nigerian stocks Bamboo for intl stocks |
Men need to tame themselves.... Still trying to get over the news of an American lady who was in coma for 10years and later gave birth.....All male staff are being interrogated and they are trying to match DNAs. However, the woman's family is traumatized. Sometimes when u need to do something horrible just think of what people will say..... And some men are so evil, b4 another man tastes their daughter, they want to be the first to taste her. |
This will make more Nigerians go for professional courses if they can afford it, instead of just doing single honors courses in government universities just because it is cheaper. Don't know why some people criticize everything in Nigeria including the standard of education, meanwhile some foreigners are in Nigeria studying. After, they will complain when other countries lash our standard of education..... Our system isn't good but we have not failed to produce many great people, some even lecturing / Professors in these countries they allow to lash at us. |
tollyboy5:Don't mind that guy. And he forgot that rice and bread are the staple foods in Nigeria that many cannot do without. We need to be able to use our brains especially when they have not made it possible for 200m people to be able to have home grown rice coupled with security issues at farms. A country like Cameroon can be approached and partnered with such that there is comparative advantage between both countries. They can be allowed to export their local rice to us and we can give them something in exchange so both African countries benefits. In this 21st century, imports should not only be looked at that 8t is coming from abroad only.... Also, if that is a way to build brotherliness with Benin Republic, no problem for me. Sometimes when u see this neighboring countries behaving harshly to Nigerians it is because of policies that our government made that has choked them and still choking them with the influx of Nigerians to their country. |
I'm short of words.... This appointment sweet me pass.... Some people were born for a reason at a particular point in time.... I remember Tolulope Arotile but because she was in the wrong country's military. Imagine being massacred because of being a Christian and from a minority tribe and now God allows an Esther in the government, if he doesn't take back all the lost years were they were wasted and almost exterminated by HAMANS, in sorry even God may not allow him remain there for long. Igbo man or Northerner like this best suits this position.... I pity the enemies of Nigeria. North congrats. |
NobleSeed:Not possible as Sierra Leoneans are like another Nigerians.... Just say 2 brothers playing. |
Too many nonsense under the last regime Hope our Naira cards can be used abroad? Can we put money in Domiciliary account and send to Naira account if we like? Can we also send out money via Western Union? Those travelling abroad will no longer get reduced price for dollar though. |
The cost of living comparisons seem like from Google, not realities....Nigeria is still very cheap compared to many countries including those in North Africa |
100 days in office will be in 1st week of September, by then we will begin to see if there are glorious days ahead. At least, he should be able to tell Nigerians what he has achieved and Nigerians should be able to rate him, same way it is at the State/ Local Government level. Hoping for very sound minded persons to be members of this. Still waiting to see his TEAM ie Ministers and possibly CBN boss( later). |
BAT is doing well so far.... Removing most of the persons who worked with the past government, some were even accused of contempt of the law is the best thing to do to be able to work effectively. Besides, one needs a a compatible team around. Hoping for the best for Nigeria. |
Chidolalar:Your skin type is the problem....U should avoid getting injuries to minimize keloid formation. The natural remedy is Snake fat( ' brother's to Shea butter/ Ori) The cream/ ointment is Silicon Dioxide Gel/ Silicon Gel EDIT:Silicone gel is good but not that good for keloids.... Can be good for scars and the likes... instead try Podophyllin cream.... I hear there is an injection for keloids tio, injected into it.... I used to know there was a health firm called AB BUMP that did such way back.... |
Chidolalar:And some people use Keloid cream to get the job done.... The ongoing treatment will make the pain a continuous thing. |
LeoDeKing:I'm praying for BAT's success so that he can fulfill his 8 yrs like most of his predecessors because I wouldn't want Nigeria to be in the hands of someone who is allegedly having questionable character However, if after his 8 yrs and u still want to bring such a person in, I fear that u don't really have the interest of Nigerians as everything to you is politics and APC winning ... APC can do better with another candidate for him to be sellable to Christians and other Nigerians beyond Yorubas and Hausas also for national safety. I love Nigeria and wouldn't want petty politics to turn us to another Afghanistan or Iran |
Chidolalar:Diclofenac is okay but don't abuse it. Hope no ulcer. When the keloid dries a bit( from the treatment), u can apply ice/ wrapped ice to it for sometime and see the effect ... Later, when your flesh is whole, u can apply some warm compresses. |
Opiods have V schedules, with schedule V having the least risk. Pentazocine is an Opioid analgesic ( painkiller), Schedule IV, dependence/ addictive drug... Beyond this, it can cause serious tissues damage and ultimately death. This is a prescription drug by Medical personnels not what you get OTC ( Over The Counter). You would need a Medical detox maybe NALOXONE, or a more appropriate antidote to help cleanse your system from its abuse. See a Medical personnel fast, an ADDICTION Specialist ( Nurse, Psychiatrist) should be able to help out and resolve the underlying etiology which is the TRAUMA. Why injection dey your house sef as a non- Medical personnel? Why self medication? This is why one cannot overrule God in their lives. |
There should also be a scheme/ opportunities for students to have jobs on and off campus for those who may not like taking loans or may not meet the loans criteria eg getting guarantors etc |
emmaodet:Great job..... Hardworking man.....Your manager too is doing a good job.... If u run bike business in Benin Republic, after some years, the unwritten rule is that u pay them for their dedication and service by 'dashing' them that bike. |
