True Christianity brought pure worship which has separated faithful people from faithless ones so when pagans are protesting, complaining, cursing and fighting against themselves due to the uncertainty of their future {Matthew 24:7-8 compare to Revelations 6:3-4} we are calmly and faithfully looking forward to God's Kingdom. When you see violence in your neighbourhood know that it's pagans not Christians that's involved! Galatians 5:22-23
That is the FRUIT Christianity brought with the help of God's Holy Spirit that no other religion can produce! Matthew 7:16-18

As for all that you and your cohorts listed all other religions are doing the same not only in Nigeria but throughout the world!

Jesus Christ did miracles by means of God's power out of love for people and to prove he's the Messiah. He was not the first to perform such miracles though. We have faith that he'll fulfil God's promise to bring an end to all sickness but until then, we need to manage them whether we go to the hospital if we can afford it or clinics or we go to an herbalist for treatment. I told you that tea and thyme are from herbs and some other ingredients and they are parts of some composition of some drugs. There are several benefits we can gain from plants which are medicinal and nutritional and also boost our immune system providing all the nutrients we need for growth and development. Herbs have their own medicinal value along other plants. Some plants are purely medicinal and others can be used for food and medicine, fragrances, cosmetics, as well. Even thyme and some tea you drink is from herbs. People drink green tea for it's medicinal values. Who created the plants used in them?
So we can tap out from the nutritional value and composition in making drugs, and other medicines. Has the study of herbs not enhanced the medical research today?
All plants have their own nutritional and medicinal value. We have some around us that is used as enema, diarrhea, catarrh and to stop bleeding. You need to learn about herbs and what it is used for
It is God that made all these things for our benefits as he's not offended whichever way we take them in as long as we don't abuse them (weed).
We can tap alcoholic beverages from plants too. Like the palm wine. We have lots of benefits from these resources and we thank God for his love and insight.
Lemme ask you, Did God create plants like the palm tree for alcohol?

They use magic or herbs.

For the the ancient Israelites, using magic is against their God commandments so technically their physicians make use of medicine from plants to treat their patients.
