Jesus is comming basically to fulfill his role as Messiah is not necessarily a prophet. He is going to be a follower of the law given to Muhammad i.e he is not bringing a new religion or law. Also Quran and Mohammed confirms that Jesus will return before the Hour (doomsday).

Then why Mohammed should be called last messenger of God?

Because Jesus won't receive any new prophecy, he was born before Mohammed and had his own prophecy.

But when Jesus died hardly can his followers be up to 100.

And you didn't discuss how the next centuries after Jesus came up with the Bible. Bible was not around back then. It was definite not like this. A lot of killings and fights exists till it got to this state.
