I received a WhatsApp message from a colleague who I believe actually wish me good to register on a supposed website from Federal Government Of Nigeria and Central Bank Of Nigeria " www.agriculturalloan.com " But on clicking the link and eventual perusal, reviewing of the said site, I noticed a grammatical error in a sentence during a form filling procedure on the page when I was asked " Have you apply for a loan before " from a supposedly FGN and CBN programme Web page. While I was having a doubt about the genuity of the website, in came flying a message and a screen grabbed image from a from a friend I forwarded the website address to and he happens to share same feeling about the site as myself. I believe It's just a scam page to gather bank details of unsuspecting applicants. Beware and Be warned.

Just like a church charging for deliverance and issuing receipt for such, just like a pastor praying for some men and grabbing their penis or is it that of a church where the pastor turned the members to cow when he ordered them to eat grass. I believe It's a combination of the rich, poor, literate, illiterate that made up those church. The OP made sense with his assertions though.
