Try another SIM card. Many SIM cards don't have the bandwidth Ur phone uses especially Airtel. When I got my Samsung A31, I inserted my Airtel SIM and wasn't showing 4G, but when I put it in my friend's infinix, it did. So I tried with my other sim, 4G worked.
So u can get another SIM card.
