Been using this phone since last year December but need more of its performance.. Need to root it have tired so many Applications but prove abortive... Try to use sp tools don't understand the Twrp recovery doesn't have its own scatter file.... HELP ME BRO

Way to Boost Phone Battery
1. Check through your phone for that which depletes your battery
Some apps that run on the background and have unrestricted access to data can be the culprit of this kind of problem. You can simply Navigate your phone settings to view your Battery meter, this will explain to you the different apps that require more power usage than others. You can simply restrict its use of battery in the background by clicking turning off “unrestricted access”. Apart from this you can also turn off or uninstall the app, if it’s something you are not actually using..

2. Turn off Auto-Startup on your Social Media Apps
Apps such as Email, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter sometimes deplete your battery life in the background especially if they can Auto-start on their own. Turn off the Auto-start button to save more of your battery life and so boost your battery performance

3.Turn off your Radio Button
We love utilizing our smart devices such as the TECNO spark 2 to the maximum with buttons such as GPS, WIFI and LTE. But this are not obviously used every minute of the day, so you should turn them off when not in use to save more of your battery and boost your battery performance.

4. Reduce Screen Brightness
Your screen doesn’t have to be so bright, you can boost your battery performance by reducing its brightness. In addition, reducing your screen brightness is also a good way of helping your eyes, because too much of blue light is bad for it.

5. Turn off vibrate and haptic feedback to save battery
Switch off vibrate. Unless you really need that added awareness, turn off vibration alerts for incoming calls. It actually takes more power to vibrate your phone than it does to ring it. Turn off haptic feedback too (that buzz you get from typing on the keyboard). Sure it feels cool, but it doesn't really add anything to your experience, and it's another battery drainer. 6. Use the Battery Saver Mode
The Battery Saver Mode is customized to limit the amount of battery used by apps in the background. You can make it a habit of turning on this feature from time to time to boost your battery performance

7. Stay away from Widgets you do not need
Widgets for your home screen including the live wallpaper that may actually look good but when it comes to the impact it has on your battery performance then you should reconsider. Do not use unnecessary widgets because they only deplete the battery life of your TECNO Spark 2.

Your TECNO Spark 2 may not necessarily have the best battery performance but with these tips, you can improve on its battery life.

I love it. My only only cons which scares me is the blank screen aspect. It's approximately 34k now on Jumia. Its ok still rocking mine since last year December though I colleague broke the touch fell from almost 12 ft touch cracked all over but still working perfectly ok

Just upgraded my Airtel today to 4G sim was given 4GB to browse on 4G and LTE only got home to discover its not in my house... Wanna cry to their useless 4GB

Am also on that plan but what's baffle me is that its always disconnecting and I thought its glo network generally not until my bro who subscribe never disconnect for a second....its download 1.7mb per seconds but disconnect 5 times in a minute

Ur brother's phone is set to auto and not 4g only. So when a call comes in it swicthes to gsm and after the call it switches back to LTE.

Its always on 4G network just confirmed...I check his data balance it works and calling never switched to 3G before its brings the balance

My Ntel still works. I subscribed online on Monday and within 45 mins it started working. I think most people having problems are those using the wawu sim. I use the classic sim, unlimited and it still works.

But that is not denying that they always have this issue whereby u subscribe online and it takes forever for ur airtime to turn to data.

Me been thinking to get the sim at Egbada this week if am chance now hearing 45min to activate once been to Ikeja to buy but not available....tired of all this Ntel wahala joor

i have got the same issue too..Just set it to 3G/4G(LTE). It would stay on LTE if youre trying to browse and switch back to 3G to make, receive or send calls and text

You can't make calls or send SMS over 4G LTE

Change to something like 4G, 3G and 2G

With 4G preferred

But my brother Samsung works pretty well with 4G....That's 4G is useless then can't even receive calls or message only to browse

How can I make call or send messages when 4G data if switched on HOMTOM HT50..Since I bought this phone from jumia never make calls or send messages on 4G network its keeps disconnecting.. I really need help on how to fix that.
