Very inconsequential decision! Lagos structure and plan was already there before tinubu, in fact there is no governor of lagos that never performed(jakande, marwa, oyinlola, Raji rasaki, etc) . I used to tell a friend then, bring Alao akala to lagos and see if he wont perform because the revenue and structure is there, no rural area developments in lagos because this had been taken care of when Lagos was still federal capital unlike other states that need huge amounts of funds for rural development.
