If you cant meet up with the prerequisites stipulated by employer regardless of ur school then you are out. 2.1 is 2.1 everywhere.A graduate with 2.1 from gombe state university and 3rd class from OAU or UI. 2.1 will be called for aptitude test while 3rd class will not. All 2.1 will have the aptitude test or interview, now depend on how u proof urself.

Employers dont think the way you think. Your grade qualify you for short listing into an advertised position regardless of the institution you attended, now depend on you to proof yourself. Except you cant proof ur worth. I have seen a nassarawa state university student "dusted" students from unilag, UI, Uniben etc in an aptitude test. Guess it's not an inferiority complex on ur part.Perhaps,u are intimidated by student from Ife, UI, Uniben at test venue.....
