Atigba:Yes let me continue... And i am ready to continue doing that till GMB enters Aso Rock come 2015. If you don't like it, I am begging you in the name of God, Go and Die!!! As for me SAI BUHARI 2015. |
dinggle:Don't mind all these propagandas and its perpetrators. In 2011, their slogan was "I had no issue", and the name Good luck. In 2015, their slogan is " Tarnish the image of Buhari as much as you can ". GEJ,PDP,TAN BOYS etc. Should know that "Jungle don mature". Nigerians can't be fooled again. You can't play on our psyche. 2015 is our year of liberation from your shackles. You'll be surprised in 2015. Just Wait and see. |
Whether you like or you no like am, Ara gaa GBA ndi Ara. You see, the issue of Buhari is no more news to anybody. We have heard different episodes and we're sure to hear more as we approach 2015 general elections. But as I have always said: No matter what you say No matter the propaganda you spread No matter the lies you say against HIM Come 2015 GMB Lo Sure Just Come 2015 GEJ MUST GO BACK TO OTUOKE Come 2015 Buhari Ka Anyi Ga Eso Come 2015 SAI BUHARI. |
nuelldido:You'll register the courses first, Then print and show your L.A a copy, if he/she endorses it, then you're good to go and pay your fees then. Payment comes last. |
On The Course Registration Deadline: It's no more news that a deadline has been set for registration of courses and payment of fees for this session. Well, the normal procedure is that as soon as this deadline elapses, the portal will thus be opened for late registration which means payment of additional 5,000 to the initial amount you're actually supposed to pay. Then afterwards, the portal will be closed finally for any registration at all. Now Listen To This: I have been in school for the past two sessions, and I must tell you that, these dates are not usually followed to the latter, because the students plead with the V.C and he's always been listening (I can't predict for this session). What you Should Do: 1. If you've successfully been cleared, and you've seen your L.A, plus successfully registered for the courses you want to, and the L.A has endorsed it. And above all, your school fees is ready, the sure bet for you is to go ahead and pay, there's no reason to delay it and in fact it makes your mind to be at rest.. 2. If you're awaiting clearance/ you've not seen your L.A/ you're yet to register for your courses/ your L.A is yet to endorse your registered courses. And above all, you are not yet financially okay yet to pay the fees. It's in your best interest not to panic, don't give your self high B.P yet before starting at UNILORIN. You just have to take things easy, and hopefully you'll soon be cleared, likewise the school authority will hopefully extend the deadline for registration and payment. Welcome to the Better By Far University Wishing you all the very best. |

This Suntai matter can't stop amazing me. PDP: People's Deceiving Party. Always deceiving and politicizing Issues. Soon, Another story will show face. |
The acting governor of Taraba State, Alhaji Garba Umar, has disclosed that his principal, Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai, is missing. Umar, who stated this yesterday in Jalingo during a media chat with journalists, said that he had not set his eyes on his boss, Governor Suntai, since he was smuggled into the country by a certain cabal. “Few of my aides and I were already at the domestic wing of the airport to receive my boss but, unknowingly to me, the cabal was already waiting at the international wing of the airpot where the plane conveying my boss was directed to land. When I got to know that the plane landed at the international wing, I rushed to the place to receive him, but he was in a jeep which immediately drove him to T.Y. Danjuma Lodge,” he said. He added that the cabal, which surrounded the ailing Suntai, was holding him hostage in order to hold onto power to the detriment of his health. He called on citizens of state to eschew religious differences and work towards unity in the state. “I thank God this year’s sallah was peaceful; peace has returned to some of the crisis areas in the state. And I have also constituted a reconciliation committee to ensure that those who fled their homes because of crisis return,” he noted. He assured sons and daughters of the state that his administration would continue to work to ensure that all Tarabans enjoys the dividend of democracy. However, a former commissioner for information in the state, Mr. Emmanuel Bello, told LEADERSHIP on phone that Suntai was not missing. He explained that governor Suntai was doing well and would soon return to the state to continue his business of governance. “Since our dear governor returned from his medical trip, he has been at the Governor’s Lodge, otherwise called T.Y. Danjuma House, located at Asokoro in Abuja,” Bello said. He stressed that the acting governor, Umar, was only waiting for this tenure to elapse, and that after the expiration of Suntai’s administration that brought him as deputy governor, he would pack his luggage out of Government House. Efforts to speak with Governor Suntai’s senior special adviser on media and publicity, Mr. Slyvanus Giwa, were futile as his telephone lines were not going through at the time of filing this report. http://leadership.ng/news/386286/taraba-acting-governor-declares-suntai-missing |

Don't border about that. You've really tried your best. It's now my onus to go and check with my school. Thanks a bunch brother. Am really grateful For your prompt response. Will update this thread as soon as I get a feedback from my school |
Sissie:Yes, if it is within the context which Islam permits it's allowed. In the sense that, if most people go through the proper channel which Islam permits I.e Going to a female's parents first to seek her hand in marriage first, Thus, they'll give the go ahead if they approve of it, and they can get talking from there. In that regards, they will continue talking, till they are finally ready to settle down. But the way people do it these days, you have no option than to say it is not permitted. |
Kazrem:Yes, the judgment was postponed to a date in October. Can't vividly recall it now |
taiyebugatti:This "Lere Olayinka" is Fayose's errand boy. He campaigned for him vigorously in the last election. So I don't expect him to say anything good about fayemi and the APC. Unless, and until this news is proven beyond reasonable doubt. I have my reservations. |
Baba iyabo, you better let the whole world know where you truly belong, Before it's too late. But one thing tells me that, He might later work for that "OTUOKE MAN". Time shall tell. |
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo remains indifferent to the pressures coming from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC), which both sent emissaries to him on Friday asking for his support, LEADERSHIP Sunday can now authoritatively reveal. The leadership of the APC, represented by one of its national leaders, Asiwaju BolaTinubu; former deputy chairman (South), Segun Oni, and a few others were in Abeokuta to lobby Obasanjo over the coming general elections. On the other hand, the Senate President, David Mark, and some chieftains of the ruling PDP also came calling, apparently on behalf of both the Presidency and the leadership of the party, asking Obasanjo kto “forgive and forget the past” and begin working for the party as it prepares for the same election. According to inside sources, both groups were given the desired audience they sought for by Obasanjo, but he “refused to give his word” to either of the emissaries. “Both of them had separate audience with Baba (Obasanjo). They came to lobby him for their parties against next year’s general elections, but he refused to give his word to either of them,” a source disclosed. Speaking in the same vein, another source said, “Tinubu, like he told the journalists around after the meeting, came to ask for Baba Obasanjo’s support for his party. He explained to him about the coming presidential primaries of his party and the leading aspirants, (General) Buhari, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso. j“He asked Baba if he had anyone at heart he would like to be the presidential candidate since he knows the three of them, but Baba appreciated the trust Tinubu has in him, but he reminded him that he is still a PDP card-carrying member, but as a former president, all the parties in the country belong to him. He advised Tinubu to let his party follow due process as laid down by the Electoral Act and the party’s constitution,” the source said. When it was the turn of the PDP, “David Mark appreciated Baba for his love for the jcountry and urged him to rekindle his love for the PDP as former President and former chairman, Board of Trustees of the party. Although he refused to go into the details, but he made reference to the cold war between Baba and President Jonathan and asked Baba to forgive and forget the past,” the source said. “Again, Baba thanked the delegation and said he is always available to contribute jihis best for the nation. He said whatever jroles he deems fit, he would still play it. Baba told him that he bears no grudge iagainst the party, reminding the delegation that he remains a strong member of the PDP.” Another source who corroborated what we had been told however gave reasons for the position of Obasanjo. “You should not forget that Baba is not only a retired general, but he has ruled there country more than anyone else, either living or dead, and he knows the implication of giving promises to anyone. I believe it is too early to predict what he would do. There are three options left before him: to forget the past and campaign for Jonathan, though that would hurt him because up till now, Jonathan has not told Baba he is contesting; to dump PDP and join APC, or work for its candidate. But if I may tell you, the only person that could make that happen is if somebody like Kwankwaso emerges the candidate, which I doubt too much; and the third option is for Baba to be playing the role of an elder-statesman who would not shut his doors against whoever comes to him,” he concluded. http://leadership.ng/news/386139/obasanjo-mark-tinubu-others-im-indifferent-pdp-apc |
denniece1:If you can do that, I will really appreciate it. |
courtship is not allowed in Islam. As tbaba rightly said: Boyfriend, girlfriend relationship is haram. |
denniece1:Please I need more information. It's not as if I am doubting your post, but I will like to further ask, if it's the last fsb scholarship exam for 2013/2014 session that was held some few months ago that has its results released. Your response will highly be appreciated. |
Eidukum Mubaaraq. Taqabbala Llahu Minna Wa minkum. Wishing all my fellow Muslims, a Successful, Peaceful, and blissful Celebrations. May Allah accept it from us all, as an act of Ibadah. |
Come to think of it. Today is Friday, and Arafat, and nothing appears on the front-page about Muslims. But as soon as it's tomorrow, seun will move a thread wishing Muslims A Happy celebration because it's Sallah. Is that not hypocrisy? Is that not cowardice? The truth is, if you move any page wishing us any Happy celebration, it's totally unacceptable and an attempt to play with our intelligence. You better let us know your reasons for this archaic decision, and stop playing to the gallery. |
I was really disturbed when I read the response of seun on the other thread. In fact, I kept asking myself if this injustice against Muslims continue, and nothing is done about it, it would even be better I quit Nairaland. Of what use, is my stay on Nairaland, if my religion is been discriminated, and marginalized for no just reasons. Now, we have heard from maclatunji, I hope mukina2 and seun follows suit. We deserve an explanation, and anything aside that is totally unacceptable. |
asha80: ecowas court?for a governorship election in nigeria?Com'on, he was just been sarcastic. No be every time person dey serious na. Well, if Obiano is really doing well, I also commend him and also urge him to continue setting the pace of development in Anambra |
If APC does not present Fashola, then go and DIE. PERIOD!!! |
Look at this again: Tomorrow is Arafat, and a Friday. And Muslims out there won't be availed the opportunity of knowing more about its importance, essence, and things to do before the 'Eid. Now on Saturday: Seun will now move the thread: "'Eid Mubarak to all Muslims" to front-page. To me, that's totally unacceptable if after the 'Eid, you'll still maintain the status quo of not moving our threads to front-page. Justice must be played at all times, to all manners of people, no matter how different their ideologies is from ours. That's why, we are calling on you SEUN to do what's right, and listen to the yearnings of Muslims on Nairaland. After all, we have contributed/ still contributing our own quota to making Nairaland what it's today. |
Come to think of it. Why won't Muslims clamor for our threads to be on the front-page. When it's clear that most people usually pay more attention to threads that make front page. Let me cite an example here: I remember one of my first topics in 2012 to hit front page was widely acknowledged by many. "How to overcome hardships, the Islamic perspective" https://www.nairaland.com/1041245/how-overcome-hardships-islamic-perspective I can recall vividly that, some brethren confess to the fact, that the topic really meant a lot to them, and has really helped them in overcoming the difficulties, they found themselves. In fact, some people even with that topic went to the extent of sharing their experience with overcoming hardships. The topic, if am not mistaken was up to 3 pages, and I am very sure that it really affected most people's lives. Now I ask? If the topic was hidden in this section, how will a person who just checks the updates on front-page be affected by the story?.. How will it be possible for others to share their experiences with others, if they didn't discover the topic? The fact is that, no matter how this section is hidden, people will always come there to perpetrate and propagate falsehood. In fact it will NEVER stop people from been mischievous. To even buttress my point further, the nairaland apps notifies people of topics that make front page, and most people pay attention to that only. So, how will Muslims be marginalized from equally getting notified of their topics which makes front page on Fridays. Seun, this is totally unfair. We nairaland Muslims say: #let our topics start hitting front page as usual. |
