What do you think we can do to change the Nigerian situation when elections come, our votes doesn't count,no real avenues to pour our grievances against whats going on (at least where those concerned can nlisten and make redress)infact it's like yaradua is not interested in the president explains or a state of the nation affairs adresss where he can tell us about his lack of progress or otherwise. is there any way we can salvage the situation aside from talking here, pls.let us know |
the issue here is that there were better PDP aspirants in the primaries but OBJ knowing fully well that the winner of the PDP primary would eventually become the next president decided to support him even campaigned for him using state machinery and boldly told us that it was a do or die affair. But so far d man Yaradua has advertised his deficiencies by attempting to rule this country. So far one can boldly conclude that he's just bidding his time in ASO rock hoping things will get better without doing anything in that direction. But I know fully well that one day those that have sworn that things will not work in Nigeria so that they can continue milking us will be shamed. |
off course we all knew he was sick but there wee insinuations in the polity dat he had been miraculously healed possibly by OBJ'S Fraternity |
OBJ having a kind of ego as his ,knew Yaradua would never perform as much as him and he wanted to punish us 4 rejecting his 3rd term ambition so that in the long run we would all be saying even OBJ'S regime was better than this. But God's greater than all of them |
What can I say a nice one there by the Gov but what the masses want are not even public appearances where their taxes atre been spent anyhow but meaningful and purposeful programes targeted towards improving their lives and not cheap publicity like that. |
If I have to serve again I think I would use my jungle boot more |
WE SHALL WIN THE GAME WILL NOT BE AS THOUGH AS WE THINK IT WILL BE OUR EAGLES PLAY BETTER AGAINST GUD OPPONENTS WHICH THE TUNISIANS SURELY ARE WE WILL ALL SMILE AFTER THE GAME,GOD IS IN CONTROL |
Broda tanx 4 dis topic looks hot. once again it's d great Zinedine Zidane |
well for me the answer will always be Zidane,at least amongst the 3 mentioned.Zidane was excellent for both club and country |
Now for the Andy Uba,Nuhu Ribadu and El Rufai stories, this all shows us the type of leaders (so called),politicians and elites we have in this country.(Though I cannot put Uba and the other two above in the same category) but then this seems to be the general trend of out of favor politicians and technocrats.it's really sad for me to read similar stories on Nairaland and pages of newspapers on the conducts of this group of people either in or out of power.Let's just keep praying that the country will be better by the next elections at least with people like Fashola and Bukola (not neccessarily them) in strategic positions where they can touch the lives of ordinary Nigerians. For me I think what an average Nigerian leader (with good intents)needs is prayer for his heart to continue to do the good he intends and not be corrupted or swayed by selfish politicians and sycophants. |
Yes I can, but then it depends on what and why.But definitely not for what she has done to me or is directly responsible for. That tears will have to be for her absence. |
