Oh!! I can't really say becos it depends on the CPM. You know I said it doesn't fix at one particular rate, it fluctuate but the lowest is 0.90 CPM..
I experienced one thing with Propellerads the higher the Traffic (IMPRESSION) the higher your CPM.
FOR EXAMPLE If you got 10,000 impression for a day and your CPM rise to 2.80 or 3.80. So let do the math 10,000impression*3.80÷1000
You earn $38 on that day.. You earn according to your CPM per day that is how Propellerads works. Because I have tested all their ads and the best one that gives you highest earning is the INTERSTITIAL AD.. it does not cos Wahaala for you and your users.. users can skip or click it if they like. It doesn't obstruct user using the blog.
Many publishers who are saying Trash about Propellerads never test run all their ads and select which one is best for them.. what they do is to place all the tag on their site in order to earn more money they believe the more they placed different ads on their blog the more their earnings which is CAPITAL NO!!!
They placed Pop-up Pop under with Push Notification together with Native Ads plus Direct link join with Web page notification. You can't never identify which one among them is the best and really work for you.
So they think to earn more by doing this but scaring away their users.. This is INTRUSIVE causing a disruption and annoyance to your website users.

you must be 500,000 on Alexa before you can use that........

Yeah.. currently, I have been allowed to use it on my blog bringing in Highest CPM all across GEOS
I only use their Native Ads(INTERSTITIAL AD) on my blog.. it doesn't cause any Wahaala for users.. No Redirection!! and it bring the highest CPM even if all your traffic are coming from Nigeria.

NO!! You don't have any issue with that.. the main thing is your name arrangement and date of birth must be tally and be the same thing on your account.. Changing of Home address to another is just to get the Google PIN as early as possible because if you put in a home address that is not popular or not registered you will just be waiting for years without receiving any damn Google PIN.. that is why many people Change their home address to a popular home address near to a Post office.

Besides propellerads and revenuehits ( which i have tried but dont like), I need a recommendation for an ad network that doesn't have high minimum traffic requirement. I can't use Adsense because the site in question doesn't comply with their terms. I want to know what other Nigerian bloggers with sites not eligible for ad sense use.

You don't have option than to use propellerads bro... recently, to get accepted by Google AdSense is too difficult so I preferably go for Propellerads. I am using Propellerads on my blog.. It really work fine for me.. I only have Their Native Ads on my blog which users can click or skip if they like.. Amongst Propellerads Ad format, the Native Ads has the highest CPM all across GEO.
Sometimes I got 3.50CPM, 4.22CPM, 2.89CPM, 1.89CPM and O.80CMP.
Today I got 1.80 CPM with 1200 impression.. just a new blog though.
