The lawmaker could have just gone to pick his item. It’s the loss of the driver if he acted arrogant in your words to the lawmaker. Guess he may have lost a high value customer.

I have met irate customers on many occasions and with a very simple technique turned them into very very loyal customers that never ever fail to send me Xmas bouquet .

When you get your business to the billion naira turnover, you will know that customer is king.

Let the same scenario happen to a customer care staff or marketers of a tier 1 bank and see different approach to solving problems.

I have sent goods via bolt and uber to customers before and even when issues arose, I don’t leave the driver and customer to sort it themselves like the snail seller did. I talk to both parties to ensure the successful completion of the delivery.
