The category that’ll get 85k are the least ranked staff. Others will be increased by certain percentages. 85k won’t be added to every staff salary.

The same world bank gives us some good advice to stop borrowing...which is

1. Improve tax to gdp

2. Remove subsides completely

3. Actually fight corruption

4. Eventually diversify the economy

5. Make the basis of our economic growth producing goods the world needs, not oil.

But your government does not like that kind of advice.

Fight corruption and reduce government spending and wastage. You can’t tax a population with over 60% living in poverty to death. By cutting cost of governance alone can save this country billions in funds. But no they won’t. They will rather borrow and tax the people to death without providing any basic amenity.

Same way he borrowed billions as governor in Lagos state with nothing tangible to show for it.

Whether Wike is right/wrong or Fubara is right/wrong is not what I am concerned about in Rivers state.

My own issue in particular is with Gov Fubara, to those who have been defending him, when last have you seen Sim commissioning any projects in Rivers state? Please be sincere

At least, the Wike that's he has been claiming of distracting him in the state has been seen severally visiting different project sites in FCT without claiming of being distracted by anyone while promising more.

Go to Rivers and find out. Can you also tell us what the governor of your state has done?

Listen to what our so called leaders say. Is Lagos laws above the Nigerian constitution? Why would VIO stop vehicles on the road? Their job is to inspect vehicles and issue road worthiness certificates.
