If a land belongs to the government under no circumstance should the land be available for sale or purchase. Erect giant boards on them warning that the lands belong to the government.

Firstly, the function of DSS is intelligence gathering and state security (National), just like the CIA. They are supposed to be the most advanced security agency in the country.

What the DSS should be provided with is state of the art surveillance technology for effective tracking and monitoring. Handing out okadas to such an agency is absolutely ridiculous and demeaning.

A Yoruba adage says; he that wants to catch a monkey must be smarter than the monkey.

DSS must be highly equipped way beyond the levels of bandits for them to have an edge over them.

There is no need for okadas. They’re not fit for any security agency talk more of the DSS.

The DSS shouldn’t be seen chasing bandits or any criminal elements with bikes and cars. DSS shouldn’t even be seen and recognized at all. They’re supposed to be covert.
