These people can just install solar streetlights that come on and off automatically. Which one is generators powered by CNG or solar which in turn powers the street lights?

I live in a house with a fellow tenant and our landlady. We have 2 pumping machines, one serves the landlady and my flat because it is the main building, the other serves the second tenant. On few occasions the pumping machine that serves me and the landlady has spoilt and she fixed them on all occasions. In turn I use my gen to pump water when there is power outage and there is no water. I do this without asking for fuel or money from her.

If you live in rented apartment, endeavor to treat it as if you own it, in most cases it costs little to nothing to do these things. Once you understand who you live with, living will be less stressful.

Land is much with water sitting upon it. If you check the oceans,rivers and streams beneath it is land. Also we're presently undergoing global warming in which all water on earth is drying up but God will still provide water for us to live.


Well it’s because not all continents on earth has been able to enter and do a thorough research on it. This our God is a faithful God who created a wonderful space for humans to dwell it.

Global warming isn’t causing water to dry up. It’s actually the reverse.

At first when I got the apartment, my landlady said she only wanted to rent it out to a married couple but after a while she agreed, she put up normal rules and stuff as most landlords do and I had no issues because I wasn’t living in right away.

Fast forward to almost 2 years there she has adopted me as one of her children. All her children are abroad. When I’m home, I go to her flat to gist, most times she invites me. If she doesn’t see me, she calls to check up on me.

She has literally become my mother. She is a disciplined woman being a retired soldier, but I can tell she really likes me. She always compared me to one of her sons (her favorite I guess).

I was just patient with her from the onset and never was I rude to her once.

Let’s get it started first. The countries with a functional credit system started somewhere. Once we start, we can keep correcting the system and fine tuning it to work better. They can’t start and get it perfectly running on day one. No system start on a perfect footing.

Why do we have to start something inefficient and fail then go ahead to start correcting the failures. Why not just copy the already successful implementations of others that have it running?

Workers contributions is what these guys want to dip their hands into. Why not dip your hands into the numerous allowances and salaries paid to politicians and their aides?

NLC, workers both in private and public sphere should stand against this action else, all their pension funds will be gone if they allow this government to touch it.
