I never expected him to win, he could have also resigned as governor and contested under another party. In life we should learn to take risks. What’s the point of the name he made for himself?

It was the party that wanted him out not the people he governed.

Ideally he shouldn’t be there.

Ambode could have caused a bit of shake up had he decamped to another party in 2019 and tested his popularity, even if he had lost, he would have made a mark and passed a strong message, under APC in Lagos he can’t win anything as it stands.

Reminds me of a conversation I had with a school teacher here in Lagos state back then in 2020 after the endsars saga and release of prisoners from jails. I just hope she sees those guys she were hailing then have turned into now. Under no circumstances should we support criminality even if the law enforcers don’t do their jobs properly, a rogue law enforcer is better than 10 criminals.

Tinubu, Atiku, Obi, Buhari, Osinabajo, Amaechi, Saraki, Obasanjo, Jonathan and every other Nigerian politicians are all known thieves, we all saw what they worth before they were elected or appointed into political offices and what they worth now. How else do you expect a legitimate business man to dole out 100M naira for one form that may not guarantee you been elected in your party primaries talk more of being elected to become president.
