My favourite Tecno was the phantom z, but not anymore. I saw the phantom 6+ live in living colors yesterday. That phone is nothing less than special.

The battery is probably dead and devoid of a single charge.
If it were a removable battery I would have told you a crude method of boosting the battery to get it back on.
But since it isn't, get a 2A charger and charge with it.

you can still visit carlcare without your warranty, they'll charge you but for your problem it won't be much.

I'm a fan of having the fingerprint scanner on the front, but having seen/held the phantom 6+ the fingerprint on the back feels very comfortable.

I never said phantom 6 was a low phone. It might be good enough for its price, but not good enough to be s7. Neither is s7 overpriced. And please do not compare the two

Na Tecno be the most popular smartphone brand not just in 2016, but for the past couple years.

I think we should just take a similarly priced Samsung and Tecno and see how they come up against each other, only then can we get a better idea why Tecno is always value for money.

I think the high price isn't intentional.

Take the battery out and put it in a bag of rice Asap.
Leave it there for a couple hrs or better yet over night for best result.

The ashes colour ... Then I gave it to someone who love the phone so much...

It was released after Phantom Z....

With the camon c9 you'll get more than the functionlity, performance and reliability. You'll get value for your money.
