not really, It comes in different sizes and prices though more expensive than catfish,I still prefer well prepared catfish barbecue infact my favorite is day break barbecue.I keep in the fridge till next day by then the flavours have been properly infused..

Good morning beautiful mamas, I purposely logged off Nairaland for some time so I don’t get anxious about my EDD but here I am again, anxious as a butterfly. I had my 2nd baby last yr march through C/S and now my EDD is Oct 3rd. When I started anti natal, I asked my doctor if I will be allowed to try vaginal birth but she said no due to distance between last birth and current pregnancy, that was how I removed mind and started eating everything that hungry me o.

Fast forward to yesterday anti natal, doctor told me that since my pregnancy has been stress free, she wants to see if I can try vaginal birth but first I should go and check baby’s weight, I did scan and baby was weighing 3.2kg, this is just week 36/37, I always cross my EDD which led to the last C/S, if baby’s Weight is 3.2kg now, what will by baby be weighing by 42weeks?

If she had told me I will be allowed to try, I would have controlled my food, or even find ways to control weight gain, I really want to try and don’t know what to do now. I will be submitting the result to her in two weeks time, I am already scared of her response.

Pls is there any sure way to induce labor? Pineapple don’t work for me, pls somebody should help me o, I don’t have anyone to come take care of my this time, lost my mum last yr after birth. I want to try vaginal birth so I can recover fast since I my husband will be the only help I might get this time.

from 9months I regularly take pap water made after washing,soaking n filtering the corn,let it settle day break,the water that settles on top.my pink jet arrived on the 4th sept.EDD 17/9 and 23/9.it was with me in the labour ward.aids easy and fast labour and birth.you can try dates and exercises like squatting dancing etc…

All the times I took pami,I always felt either sick or wanna throw up after abt an hour. Maybe cos of that super sour taste or my system no just go with am.i can't even finish 1 liter.either I drink beer or I take seaman.

u can actually do that style if it’s soft chicken,season and fry slowly till it gets done properly,u can try next time by cutting into smaller sizes ,wash season and fry and be patient till u master it..sha don’t try it with our mature broiler and old layer…

Fleshy stock fish,dryfish or goat meat stew remains my favorite…

Armpit boil is for dirty people that don’t wash their armpit or the armpit side of their cloth. The bacteria will accumulate there giving you boil.

Ordinary red oil and salt would have made the boil to ripen and burst on its own without antibiotic.

Keep your armpit clean and you’ll never experience this

Hello people , please I need help on what to do am spiting a lot and is affecting my job at the moment and my management is saying either I go for leave of absence or find what to do, I can not even swallow the spit, it will cause me nausea probably vomiting as well, and I don’t know if the leave of absent is paid or not am just confuse , and I plan on taking my maternity leave when am 7months, Is draining badly for me . I work in health care . Am 4months old now still spiting heavily . And without work here you can’t be able to pay bills . Don’t know what to do need help .

it is well with you,u need to find out what works for you..for my first i had pectol in my mouth throughout first trimester,for my 2nd I had packs of Vicks lemon plus n menthol gums everywhere around me.

Stand your ground and be a man, this isn’t an issue you should be stressing over.when it’s time for naming get your family pastor to do it,start setting boundaries to regain your respect now before it’s too late..

It's possible but you need to change the keypad to yours first before you can do that. There's a code for that depending on the type of keypad you're using. For some #36#the meter number.....

Don't press your tummy with hot water like most mothers do to their daughters after birth, it romples the tummy and make the tummy muscle weak, which causes tummy weakness and leads to post birth tummy folds, so if you can avoid it.

Tummy stretching exercises is very important and you must be committed to it

Am at 33weeks going 34weeks next week. Got admitted last week Friday but discharged this week Wednesday on high blood pressure. Given some drugs to take. I have been monitoring my BP since. Been seeing sometimes 150/99. 145/82 I noticed it peak around 12noon and somewhere 2pm..infact I recorded 115/68 in the evening yesterday.

Am kind of concerned cos my next appointment is Wednesday. I used a general hospital. There is not protein urine +. Just a trace after repeated checks. Baby moves and kick consistently

Please I need a sizeable pot of pepper soup and I want to know if 5k will get me something reasonable because I don't want to make too much as the last soup I made wasted cos I couldn't eat it due to the sick bitter taste in my mouth so I threw it away with plenty meat and stock fish inside. shaki na patience ,just cook on low heat till it gets properly done..since it’s only you 5k will be enough just go to where they sell goat meat tell them to mix 5k for you, if what they cut isn’t enough u can buy more.

had this same issue with mine,I started multivitamin,experimenting with different meals and cereals till I found what he likes eating and drinking .you will have to try different meAls as these little ones have their own likes and dislike…along with fruits and veggies he will be fine.now I am the one complaining that he eats too much.

I have 3 under 8 and nothing special about it to them. I only make it once a week on sat afternoons for cooking sake. Other than that my kids does not give a hoot about it.This afternoon was one yet they suggested oats with akara inside bread. The pack I bought January is still remaining and I wont replace it until the price comes down .If it doesn't,bye bye.

Good afternoon Mamas and papas in the house... Please, this is my first pregnancy, I'm 2 months gone.. My last period was on the 30 of December, flo app says I'm 8 weeks and will be 9 weeks by tomorrow, while Glow app says I will be 9 weeks on Saturday and my scan says I'm 9 weeks and 1day(as at Tuesday). The issue is, I noticed slight bleeding when I wiped on Friday last week, noticed another on Sunday (it's only shows when I wipe and doesn't come with pain, wait, just on Sunday I felt pain). So, I had to go to the hospital for checkup and was told to do scan which the result showed Moderate subchorionic hemorrhage, threatened miscarriage but my baby was fine (doctors confirmation) and heart beats were noticed.. Now, the doctor placed me on duphaston(1 daily), vitamin C, some red and black multivitamins, diazepam 10mg (cos I barely sleep) he asked me to be on bed rest.

Now yesterday, I went to buy some things not too far from my house (I walked there several times though) ate party jollof (cos I've been craving for it) I slept early only to wake up later at night to pee and I saw blood when I wiped (TMI) not much still. Had to stay awake cos I couldn't sleep again and was doing research. On my research, I found out that diazepam is not good for pregnancy and early pregnancy (yet I was placed on it for 3days. I've taken it twice but decided not to take it again).

Please mama's what can I do? I read the subchorionic hemorrhage goes on its own or sometimes might be a cause for concern and also duphaston may cause vaginal bleeding...Please this is my first pregnancy after trying for years 🙏

congrats ,please there’s nothing wrong in taking diazepam,I was on it for 3 nights too.let you gynecologist know you didn’t complete the dosage and please you need all the rest.it is well with you.
