Beautiful but Isn’t all that seasoning too much?..for me tho cooking with dried catfish and green requires very little or no seasoning because they give taste to any meal they are added and gets more delicious by the day expecially the dried catfish.

Na why I insist on having a large garden with plenty of perennial trees on them at my adjacent plot.. people don pressure me tire to build self cons there and rent out or sell the land as it's a GRA... But I love my vegetations.. I sleep like a baby at night with or without light.. I thought lemon grass scares them out of one’s garden.

Look for scentleaf squeeze it and apply inside expecially at night,it will hurt for few minutes it will fall out when u use the toilet.do it religiously u will see result…Watch what you eat and drink,,avoid straining in the toilet,too hard stool and loose stool.reduce carbohydrates eat more fibers,proteins,fruits n vegs..sugery isnt 100% it comes back if one isn’t on healthy diet.

The problem is not releasing the food but those that will release it... They will assign their relatives and at the end of the day they will sell it same price as the market... You will not see anybody arrested and prosecuted for selling it illegally

Dudu osun that people have been using and enjoying for years without side effect. You better make sure you can provide concrete proves of all these reviews. Hope someone doesn't slam you with a crippling law suite one of these days.
*Though I agree with some of your reviews but limit it to all these bleaching creams and soaps. They are the real danger to people's health....not like Dudu osun that's a mild soap. Also include positive effects; not only the negative effects in order to make your review balanced and believable.

If you're not technically inclined, please avoid using ATM cards and nothing will happen to money if you loose your phone!!!!

But, if you're smart and technically exposed like me.... First thing you do is to lock your alert sim with a unique password, then proceed to lock with your atm cards, bank apps and ussd with passwords. To be on a safe side, you can use one long unique password for all of them, linking them to just one mobile network which you have already passworded too.

And please do not share this details with anyone, whether with a friend, family or scammers impersonating bank staffs.

That way when you loose your phone, nobody can even access your mobile line talkless of your bank account😆😆

every woman’s body differ,while some might not experience this cravings others will and in some cases unthinkable things lols..I can actually relate to being allergic to smell and scent during pregnancy,but with time it will pass,its all in stages just encourage her and politely refuse that which you can’t do..pay no mind to those saying she might be pretending,my neighbors husband isn’t always around I know how many times I have cooked for her and how far she goes most times to satisfy her cravings.she can’t stand her kitchen anymore tho she is okey with smell and some others which I found irritating in my time..support and encourage your woman it will pass in no time..

Maybe cause the rice is Nigerian rice…

can u explain the method u used…did u de seed your shumbo??too much tomato mix and tin tomato can actually mess a dish up it needs calculation to balance the taste..bay leaf is another if not properly added changes the taste of broth and dish too.

the Nigerian rice isn’t the problem,even the worst seed rice can be made delicious with the right amount of water and ingredients..for jollof,a particular small seed Nigerian rice is actually the sweetest.

Coloring is not good. Reasons I don’t like it. You can use the carrot and green beans with jellof rice too.

colouring isn’t necessary..your get the colour from mixture of green vegs and good curry.

It’s from the potash and seasoning.. when using potash the quantity of seasoning should be considered as too much of it leads to stomach upset.
