So get that weight/mass first by eating as much as possible, dont worry much about what you're eating cos you need weight..
There are apps that help you measure the amount of calories contained in a meal, you can use that to set a target for yourself. eat as much calories as possible per day, far more than what your body needs.

If you are lean, you can start bulking up. You can also do little light exercises that doesnt burn much fat like sit-ups, calf-raises, light push-ups.
Aside the physical aspect, Always try to enjoy the mental part too.
