A civil case doesn't need much of physical evidence.

In anyway, the police will still continue with their criminal investigations on the case.

This case has reached it’s natural end,no more criminal investigations on the case.i think the only reason she took the case to court was because of the pressure she was receiving from her emotional sentimental supporters,deep down she knew how it will turn out,in a couple of months I’m sure she’s gonna release a book.

The court can entertain any evidence provided, even witness statement before reaching a conclusion.

The problem here is that the court claimed it has mysteriously misplaced Busola's case file.

All she had was just her words,no witness,no physical evidence,the case was dead on arrival and the court outrightly said it was a waste of their time because her statements are not even coherent.
