I noticed that park n Pay has returned to some parts of the city especially around banks. A court some years ago ruled against the scheme in FCT, I don't why the FCTA administration likes to operate in illegality. |
.....and? |
What do you see? ![]()

This will be expensive |
femisplash:Your understanding of economics seems to be at a primary school level. Importation doesn't harm economies...Every nation relies on imports for goods that aren't locally available or that are more cost-effective in other countries. There are industries in countries all over the world that are supported by importation from other countries. Countries rely heavily on importation for economic growth and development. |
Engineers are the worst managers you'll come across in any organization. They lack management skills and have zero knowledge about the complexities of human behavior in organizations. |
LocalFARMERS:Ok |
Moneyyman:True |
WorldRichest:The video was made by a northern narrating his experience in the south east. My house in my father's compound despite not having any security guard has never being burgled or anything stolen from it even when it's only occupied once a year during the yuletide period. Mind you the house is not fenced ....so yes I can leave valuables in my father's compound for years and still meet them intact. It's the enterprineurial spirit that pushes most igbos out of igboland not that our land is not conducive or unsafe. |
LocalFARMERS:I don't think you understand Hausa language, the man never said anything about leaving the truck in someone's compound. From the video you can see the truck was not parked in a compound, how do you park a truck that broke down in a compound 😒😒 |
LocalFARMERS:The man in the video is a Northerner, he challenged other Northerners to mention any place in the North where the truck will not be vandalized. |
pquaver:Incoherent, you are not making any sense |
The man in the video; a Northern Muslim, who spoke in Hausa narrated how his truck loaded with valuable goods broke down in a village in the south east and he left it there to go get a mechanic and returned after six days. To his disbelief the battery, and all the valuables he left were all intact after 6 days. He said the purpose of the video is to challenge his follow northerners to mention any place in the North where someone will abandon a broken down vehicle for 6 days and come back to meet everything intact including the battery and diesel. He said they have been lied to about Igbo people. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZePOuT6W4I?si=WoRsbVPWm-rSin8s |
LeoDeKing:He's a Nigerian, he's eminently qualified and has already ran for president. Take up a dictionary and look up the meaning of illiterate and stop displaying your illiteracy in a public forum. |
Reno the barking dog, nobody takes him serious these days. No sensible person persistently denigrate, ridicule, and mock an ethnic group like Reno is doing to the Igbo community, their culture, and principles.. Reno makes about 10 posts everyday on Twitter insulting igbos and peter obi. My happiness is that he will never get a response from Peter obi as he's equally been ignored by igbos on Twitter. ![]() Anticipating uniform conduct among people from different cultures is delusional NONSENSE AND RENO |
GuyWise101:Remember, I mentioned before that understanding God through human thinking is futile. Can you imagine a being existing simultaneously in every place in the universe at the same time? Do you know that the human mind with all the advancement in science and space technology can still not comprehend how big the universe is? Do you know that 80% of the ocean is still unexplored in this 21st century? Let still give you something to think about. Have you come across the egg theory? The egg theory states that God created just one human. The billions of people that have ever lived, that you have ever interacted with are all the same person reincarnating at different times...meaning all the people in the world is just one person! Isn't it fascinating ![]() Comparing this theory with the Bible account of creation brings up some interesting similarities. |
GuyWise101:The problem you have is that you want to interpret God as being Good. God is not good or evil God is good and evil, he created both good and evil....it's in his nature to become the sides of a coin...he can be and evil. He is so to maintain the balance.... which is the foundation of the universe. There will be no good without evil There will be no light without darkness For good to exist evil must also exist. |
Nonexisting1:This is not true, the thought of a paradise reserved for upright people and the torture of hell for evil people after death have conditioned majority of religious people to remain largely morally upright. Take away paradise and hell which are the foundations of many religions and the world will become unhabitable. |
GuyWise101: ![]() Trying to understand God with Human logic, thinking and analysis is futile. If you ever have an encounter you won't doubt the existence of God forever, I pray you have one. Ironically, God alone decides who he reveals himself to, who he favors or rejects. How he decides all these is beyond the human mind... The ways of God will never make sense to the human mind. There are people who go to church everyday but are still poor, there are also people who go to church everyday that are rich. There are educated Christians that are poor just as there are educated Christians that are rich. Understanding God's ways surpasses human capability; deciphering them would diminish His divine nature as the almighty |
GuyWise101:Okay, what is/are the names of the "higher beings" that created the universe? How can you tell of their existence? |
GuyWise101:I agree but morality goes together with justice and equity. Before the white man we Africans lived in a morally upright and a just society. There was no tribalism, injustice or corruption. Today the story is different, we are divided along ethnic lines and tribalism is the order of the day, no society will make any meaningful progress with this backward thinking. |
GuyWise101:Don't make me laugh. ![]() If 50% of citizens in any country decides to become lawless and frequently engages in criminal actions no amount of law enforcement can save the country. The number of law enforcement officers in Nigeria is not up to 2million; compare that with 100 million lawless citizens in a country of over 200 million. Law enforcement will be totally overwhelmed, this is why religion is necessary. |
Nigeria is dying economically because of the killing of small businesses and informal enterprises as a result of bigotry and tribalism. Over 70% of of sustainable employment in sub Saharan African comes from the informal sector and contributes over 60% to the GDP. |
Thank God for God, if not for prayers and intersessions it would have been worse than this. Again, morally upright people are shaped by religion, take religion away and everyone will become ruthless, wicked, unforgiving and merciless. There's a reason politicians court religious leaders.... |
This is expected and it's largely due to the sedentary lifestyle of most people in the south east. An igbo man above 35 will have boys to do everything for him....He's a king with male and female servants. He goes to the shop whenever he likes, seats in his office, look at sales books and make business calls till evening when he meets with friends/associates for nkwobi and many bottles of buzz then goes home to download a big bowl of food prepared by madam. ![]() He doesn't do much physical activity and doesn't exercise...... |
![]() What did he do to improve the evil system when he was close to Buhari? The other day in church a female military personal narrated how bandits came to their house in Abuja shot her husband dead and abducted 2 of her underaged daughters while she was on a military assignment in Kaduna state. The army authorities were involved, DSS,Airforce, police, Civil defense all were deployed but they couldn't rescue the girls for weeks until ransom was paid before they were released. Nobody is immune to a corrupt ineffective leadership in a country, it will get to you sooner or later. Only fools will think that an evil corrupt system will favor them and their families. |
Everything goes at the moment |
Patriotsleague:The Governor of a state doesn't own any land neither does the state Government own any land. The Governor holds the land in his state in trust for the people. The land doesn't belong to the Governor or the state...it's for Nigerians who are interested in land in that particular state! Do you understand or do you require an interpreter? |
Patriotsleague:Daily Post Nigeria https://dailypost.ng › 2023/11/20 FHA to demolish 677 houses in Lagos Here you go. |
Patriotsleague:You should not be calling someone that's educating you free of charge a fool. Don't you think it's contradictory for you to say mineral resources found in the land belongs to the federal Government and the land belongs to state governments? Nobody owns even 1 square inch of land in Nigeria, Not even people with Federal Government C-of-O. All Certificates of Occupancy; C-of-O issued by the federal Government are land leases and not outright purchases....Nobody owns any land in Nigeria aside the federal Republic of Nigeria.not even an inch Maybe what am saying may be too advanced for you to comprehend but take your time to analyze it, do some researching. I believe you'll catch up soon enough. |
Patriotsleague:All lands in Nigeria belongs to the federal Republic of Nigeria, that includes all the mineral resources on land, under the land, in the air and sea. The demolition was done by Federal housing Authority....a federal government agency and not by any state government |
