Superior court of records can set aside it's own judgement only if there were typographical error/ misuse of words that may ulter the entire Substance of a judgement......let's see the case of PDP/Diri vs APC/Lyon, where the APC and lyon approached the SC for a Review of their judgement "Superior courts of record can't sit on appeal over it's own Judgement, if this set of applications are allowed, every other aggrieved litigants will bring up similar applcation before this court and there will be no end in sight.....There must be an end to litigation"

Basically the court of appeal is the final court as far as senatorial electorial disputes is concerned in Nigeria.
Ironically, the court of appeal can also set aside it's own judgment and pronounce a different judgment
