You should include Norway in your list. Apparently I heard its not that expensive to study. Germany requires block account of 7m+, UK schools are expensive, US is same and it takes time too.

Yes, it is waec scratch card and you have to differ to May. Jan intake won't be possible as deposit deadline has closed.

When a condition states to provide "WAEC VERIFICATION DETAILS," I'm assuming this is referring to provision of a WAEC VERIFICATION scratch card?

Also, is it not too late to start processing for this admission now? Resumption is slated at January 24th?
