YOUNGSTUNNA: Read your comment again... no wonder Nigeria no fit change again. What did Buhari promise you guys during his election campaign? what did he said about health facilities?
I have nothing against Buhari, I wish him quick recovery from whatsoever health challenge he is going through. It's best if he should resign and focus on his health, you can only rule well when you're healthy and sound. I think Buhari is just selfish here.
There's nothing wrong if The VP takes over power. On what ground should he resign? For being sick? Is he bed-ridden or incapacitated? Has he lost any of his sensory organs? Does the constitution say a sick president should resign? Keep your fake sympathy for Buhari in a cooler. |

Why must we travel abroad??
Come on. Let's be more pragmatic and remove sentimentalism from it. "Nigeria should" is not same as "Nigeria can". You're the one who needs to be realistic. |

Einl: We did not say he should not treat his illness.
What we said is that he should resign or use the clinic in Aso Villa. HE WILL NEVER RESIGN. AND HE WILL SEEK FOR THE BEST MEDICAL TREATMENT IN THE WORLD ANYWHERE HE CAN GET IT. Anyone who doesn't like it can take a stroll to the lagoon or use rat poison. |

donbrowser: Chibok girls released, President jets out but if truly the FG negotiates with the BH group how come the NA and BH still battle. I am sure the ND boys will drop their weapons after negotiations but why is BH case different?
Btw Nigerians are gentle even if the president's seat is empty for 1 year. Life goes on. US paid ransom to AlQaeda to release some US citizens, how come they're still fighting? Isreal exchanged some alleged terrorists for some of their captured soldiers including dead ones, how come they're still fighting? Some of you are not ripe for political discussion. |
Politics › Re: President Osinbajo: The Leader Nigeria Needs by SillyMods: 6:21am On May 08, 2017 |
[s] TheStronghold: Earlier this year, Buhari left the country on January 19th due to sickness and ended up returning on March 10th. Nearly 2 months later. Since then he's spent the majority of his time recovering, and is now leaving the country again, leaving the country in Osinbajo's hands. If Buhari stays in London for the same amount of time this time, it'll be 6 months since he was a full president. At this point Nigerians deserve better than a part time president, and should just resign due to health.
With that being said, I think Nigeria can flourish under President Osinbajo. What do you think? [/s] |

[s] MakeADifference: Buhari is suffering - when a president of a 200 million ppopulation and a clinic with billions yearly budget runs abroad 5 times in 2 years for good healthcare that is SUFFERING.
When a nations currency has 6 official exchange rate to the dollar, that is SUFFERING.
When a nation owes workforce all across that is ...
When a nation does pay govt worker $50 a month formal sector wages, that is suffering.
When a nation has better rainfall (rain falls more than discos supply me power) than electricity supply, that is suffering.
When it has been showing that over 50% of grads earn peanut wages and a larger percentage are underemployed that is suffering.
Even Fasjola agrees six months is enough to make cogent change, 2 years and all we had was recession, and refreshed promises.
I am not suffering, but itsnt cos of Vuhari or his nonsense and visionless swagger and govt. No. Its God all the way.
But I won't be callous and say hardworking people are getting dividends of Buhari. That's a lie and a wicked one. Rather hard working people are being deprived of a good life by the dead govt we run at federal and state. [/s] Trash! |

Am sure that if he is faced with the options to resign and live or continue as president and die, you will wish him to hold tight and die. People like you lack objective sense of reasoning.
