Lol, nobody said Obi is going to win SW, rather Obi is likely to win Lagos and get up to 35% across the rest of SW. I find it funny when Momodu is talking about PDP in Lagos or the rest of SW. Even Makinde is in Wike camp and they're Obi-dient.

Of course, Tinubu will win SW overall by about 55% while Obi gets about 35%, the remaining 10% will be shared by the rest. Even Akeredolu said Yorubas won't mind if Obi wins but provided power does not return to North after Buhari's 8 years.

It is advisable to always do checks of a company's status to sponsor or offer a COS on, before or after an offer on gov.uk.

You can still do so to kill further doubts of the refusal and be in better position on how or what to advise the friend.

Her employer's licence withdrawn by the HO. Her employer need to contact HO, re-apply for license or resolve issues with HO to employer overseas.

From what they wrote...she technically ddnt meet the mark like you are implying...

..the status change of the employer nullifies everyother thing.... she should speak to the employer.....if the employer is not A rated, they might still be qualified to sponsor under scale up visa...but the employer needs to get the license sorted with home office first.....
