LillyVal:I left two relationships because she said if a man truly loves a girl he has to beat her several time because women are like children and the only thing they understand is strong hand, The second one said her mom said a man that doesn’t beat his woman is not a jealous man therefore he doesn’t love her coz I father beats her mom so she see it as a sign of love. I Just can’t understand how people would believe been slapped with a slightest provocation shows love, My friend said most women likes been beaten and they require iron/strong-hand, but I believe any woman that can’t think for herself is not worth planning a future with. I would rather leave a violently disturbed relationship than engage in it, (Although I know women can provoke the hell out of you but if you can’t talk about it, walk away if she continues just leave it’s better than ...) |
Drenimarcus:You’re so right, it’s a long dysfunctional structure and things just keep getting worst by the sec; just imagine having kids. I have always said rich or not have a backup plan coz it only takes a different political p to come in and all your asset and wealth goes straight down the drain except you’re very rich I mean the elite. group. |
Activedreamer:Don’t allow anyone rush you into anything especially marriage, but if you know you want then go ahead. The pressure is usually too much particularly for the Ngba ti Ngba ti. |
Mztonya:If you’re a Nigerian run oooo, Ghanaians are no fan of Nigerians but if you insist and can withstand it, beauty/fashion business is lucrative also consider things are unnecessarily expensive and they keep making laws to alienate Nigerian businesses. There're Different aspects of it though which one do you want to start with/ specialize in? |
cutieme:That’s depends on how skillful/talented and successful you’re, Tip: if you’re skillful in a particular area/field just enroll for a short course even if you have been doing it for years back home(creating a solid connection with SA certifications and contacts). |
Email Marketing (Effective Guideline) Let me show you a few tricks to understanding the concept of email marketing: I will not go into what marketing is and why it's important to any business. Straight to Email Marketing: Emails has been around for years moreover, according to researchers will still be around for years to come long after most of these Social media platforms. Three Key things you will learn in this tutorial How vital your graphic design skill is: believe it or not pictures tell a lot, these days everyone what instant gratification whether you're buying or selling people whats to move on quickly. How the format/arrangement of your newsletter: you must have a focus area/point so people know what to do("CTA" Call To Action). Transmission medium and Time: This a lot matters a lot does your Messages goes straight to Sp*m. Kindly show your desire to learn so I can make it as informative as possible. PLEASE NOTE I DON'T NEED ANYTHING FROM YOU EXCEPT YOUR DESIRE TO LEARN. |
Not a bad idea at all, but you must be willing pay big to market(advertisements tv etc) it. You still have to specify your target market a little further(I’m sure you product/design manager will understand). Hint: use one small group to start. After these you can then move to the next stage of production. |
Gandollar:Nice one bro just started mine, I have got most of the equipment but I want to wait for a good stylist(male & female) first before buying anything else because different stylists I interviewed have different opinions about them. Any advice you can offer will truly be appreciated. |
Ugosample:Not really I hardly get time to mix up with locals much am not the out going type, just go to where I want and head back home, google translator has helped a lot, I will be going for a French language course in the summer though I should be free then. |
LuckyLadolce:Me too, I am mostly busy with graphic designing, it takes a lot of time, I did some Digital marketing (Email marketing to be precise) also html, php Wordpress etc and css I want to do it again but I haven’t found the time or let me say the motivation. But I will love to give it a try again. I enjoy html5 flexibility it makes things a lot easier than the previous versions. I will encourage you to just try and finish the setup it should probably take a few days/weeks to create the right basics get clients then upgrade. Good luck. |
LuckyLadolce:You’re welcome, Abidjan. You will need a talented graphic designer (creative and unique newsletters although a bit of html is required for this but mostly graphic design) for your work to stand out and you can’t shy away when it comes to the blackhat side of it. |
LuckyLadolce:Sure, I will assume you’re familiar with this or even just check Facebook Twitter etc what do they all have in common on their logos it blends to almost all backgrounds. It’s a simple and elegant. But you put white contrast on a logo, if you insist on using the logo then change the website template. I guess you’re not a graphic designer? Take a look at this website offering marketing services too www.gorilla360.com.au. Hope I have helped remember you’re put a profile out there make it the best possible one. Good luck.
|
LuckyLadolce:Try to correct/redesign your logo banner the combination with your website background is completely wrong i.e it doesn’t blend with the template. I understand you’re just starting but it’s always better to use a landing page and insert a count down for your launch than to do such mistakes it will give people a bad impression about the quality of your work. Good luck. |
rukevweanita:That’s not a bad idea, is it done? |
PastorMikenwab:Interesting I don’t know anything about that but Ugosample and the likes may have some useful information. |
PastorMikenwab:What type of chem? |
BuhariAdvocate:It’s not always about the money it’s simply about peace of mind. In Nigeria even the rich are afraid, crimes that are unimaginable happens and people just move on as if nothing special, Our way of thinking as a nation is destroying the future of our youth; Even the elders encourage such action “Make Money through any means” I just can’t imagine how the next decade will be for us. Even if you have money my advice is to have another citizenship for the sake of your children(their mindset getting corrupted by the environment) relocate and invests in a country with better value for life. |
Ujuvals1:Nigerians are naturally wicked.” You’re so right, we’re completely evil that’s why I really don’t blame others for the hate they have. Just don’t show any little weakness they will use that to bleed you dry and even advice you to go sell your things. Don’t send anything to anyone until you can verify some fact about him |
Ndipe:True, now they will soon produce “Nigerian must go” bag to sell. |
Chai nwanne you try ooo immediately she bring out ring and ask you to put it just give a good story about your family traditions before you can give anything like that, u go think of better lie wey she self go fair, no allow anybody push u do anything u no want ooo a lot of unwanted children Dey street Dey suffer. One babe like that in the middle of d thing when I was about to *** she just ask me to wait wait I thought she wanted me to change style or something then she asked me do you love me? I said yes, then will marry me? I said only God has d final say I am just a small ink on a paper, she come say uhmmm... ok promise me you will never leave me? and you will marry me no matter what? (all these while my thing still dey inside) I just tell her make I land first she say no, make I comot am she say no, there I just tell myself guy use ur bring ooo. I just don’t know why 9ja babes mostly see sex like if a guy have it with them na must he suppose marry them after Dem still go collect money do hair, buy cloth etc My advice guy just tell her one better lie ooo, most of them don’t want d truth, although some dem are very kind and good but extremely few, if you’re not ready forget about the blood thing ooo no allow one fake man ** come dey use that one they enter u collect money all in the name of braking one covenant. |
Kaplus:Ugo kindly answer this whenever you have the time I will deeply appreciate your input. @kaplus I will not advice making it solely Nigerian food but you’re definitely on the right track restaurant business here is really hot cake with my little experience, bars also another way too go in short I believe anything moves coz I see guys with small shops and in just few months grow it really fast. |
Getbizzzy:So true, Ghanaians hate us like sh*t I mean some of them see us like d**l just don’t try it, but sincerely I don’t blame them our ppl coz it. |
arikuobi:Thanks you have been so kind with your info, but online investment can be so volatile and I will not advice anyone to invest in it without experience. |
As someone who recently started afresh I can say it’s very important to be prayerful and not forget your maker; comfort, luxury and materialistic things can easily make you believe you are powerful but it’s not true. i’m Not saying give anyone your money(so called MOG most of them are just doing that because they can’t find a better job) what i’m saying is pray with your own mouth talk to him yourself. Everything in life is simply by grace not your power, knowledge or wisdom(na me wise pass na wetin Dey make everything work for me). That said hardwork is equally important but hardwork alone can’t do it. Just imagine the number people doing whatever you’re doing with equally the same tenacity; do you know how many Messi was around when Messi was discovered? That’s why you will see people with talent working day in day out but has nothing to show for it. If you’re the type that believes your village people can’t get to you over there just because they can’t get on a plane you’re deceiving yourself. I have seen people who died in the sleep in a white land and the autopsy shows nothing wrong with all the technology, seen guys walk in front of a moving tram. My point is disaster can happen anywhere anything to anyone only by his grace (PLEASE I’M NEITHER A PASTOR NON A RELIGION FANATIC) so forgetting your maker when you get to a foreign land can be the mistake of a life time. |
Please specify best country in Africa |
brainbox80:It will depend on your budget, so averagely 25k - 50k cfa/month and you will have to pay for 7 months (it could be less in areas at the edge of the city, 3-4 months). Yes but areas like koumassi accommodation might be a bit difficult and I won’t advice it unless you have a trusted fellow there, adjame is dirty and similar to oshodi down(old) so I need not say much. But security here is far better than back home so any where you decide to stay should be okay I guess. “When traveling make sure you pray to meet good people first or at least meet the right kind of people because if you meet the wrong kind no amount of research can help you trust me” Please all these are base on my own personal experiences it’s could be different for someone else. |
brainbox80:I’ll assume you have accommodation issue settled, so transportation all that will depend on what you’re coming to do and where you will be staying. Feeding: food is not expensive here (eat the way you want/afford or just get a gas cooker simple). To Answer your question feeding (2/3 times daily) and transportation (public transportation with a guide coz of the language) Total: CFA 50,000/month excluding accommodation and utility bills. Please if you don’t have enough to startup something small at least have a skill. Skill is sometimes better than having PhD with no practical or applicable knowledge (Too bad our people only respect fancy education that has no developmental impact on the society). |
brainbox80:Yes I do, but I can’t accommodate anyone because I’m also new here still trying to understand what works and what doesn’t, If you get anyone to help be very careful with your money they will just take it and leave you stranded my advice is come with enough money to rent a studio, and survive for at least 3 months after you arrive. It’s always better to plan ahead but I understand situations don’t always allow for that. I haven’t met anyone whom I can truly introduce you to that can help, when you get here just pay attention mostly the citizens of this country male/female you can easily find one to help, mind you some are also bad just pay attention (behavior is like a smoke with time and patience it will be revealed) Abidjan is a lovely place I can guarantee after having fun with there women you will not like our women again (they live freely), business also works here than Nigeria; people are not afraid to spend money even if it’s there last card. |
Ugosample:It’s always better to move with the citizens of the country your reside than to move with your fellow broda coz they will always for selfish reason miss lead you (such a shame) and if you want to just keep them at arms length. |
brainbox80:There’s no country in the world that doesn’t have a negative character towards foreigner (most countries hate us, our reputation around the world keep getting worse by the day). I’m not surprised because our way of life is too dangerous. Abidjan is okay though I don’t have enough experience yet but so far so good, the only people you have to be careful about are your own brothers not saying they’re all bad but most are. |
Ugosample:Oui Oui impeu impeu |
