RomanceRe: Why Do Women Love Men That Beat Them? by simpleAg(m): 7:32pm On Aug 22, 2019
LillyVal:
I disagree, my friend's boyfriend confided in me that my friend left him because she told him is not man enough and when he asked why, she told him, "you have to beat me, if you love me". There are times, he would apologize, she will say, he apologized arrogantly, when he calls, it ends up in a fight.
I left two relationships because she said if a man truly loves a girl he has to beat her several time because women are like children and the only thing they understand is strong hand,

The second one said her mom said a man that doesn’t beat his woman is not a jealous man therefore he doesn’t love her coz I father beats her mom so she see it as a sign of love.

I Just can’t understand how people would believe been slapped with a slightest provocation shows love, My friend said most women likes been beaten and they require iron/strong-hand, but I believe any woman that can’t think for herself is not worth planning a future with.

I would rather leave a violently disturbed relationship than engage in it, (Although I know women can provoke the hell out of you but if you can’t talk about it, walk away if she continues just leave it’s better than ...)

My brother, only a fool will see how things are in Nigeria and not plan his life out now. Like I always tell my Nigerian friends in the UK or here, Nigeria is a destiny killer. A country where nothing except corruption works.
You’re so right, it’s a long dysfunctional structure and things just keep getting worst by the sec; just imagine having kids.

I have always said rich or not have a backup plan coz it only takes a different political p to come in and all your asset and wealth goes straight down the drain except you’re very rich I mean the elite. group.

Don’t allow anyone rush you into anything especially marriage, but if you know you want then go ahead. The pressure is usually too much particularly for the Ngba ti Ngba ti.

I am thinking of moving to Ghana to start a fashion and beauty business. How versatile is it please?
If you’re a Nigerian run oooo, Ghanaians are no fan of Nigerians but if you insist and can withstand it, beauty/fashion business is lucrative also consider things are unnecessarily expensive and they keep making laws to alienate Nigerian businesses.

There're Different aspects of it though which one do you want to start with/ specialize in?

Would this guarantee one's permit?
That’s depends on how skillful/talented and successful you’re,

Tip: if you’re skillful in a particular area/field just enroll for a short course even if you have been doing it for years back home(creating a solid connection with SA certifications and contacts).

BusinessRe: Good People Of Nairaland Help Us Validate Our Business Idea by simpleAg(m): 10:38pm On Jun 22, 2019
Not a bad idea at all, but you must be willing pay big to market(advertisements tv etc) it.
You still have to specify your target market a little further(I’m sure you product/design manager will understand).

Hint: use one small group to start.

After these you can then move to the next stage of production.
BusinessRe: How To Start And Run A Successful Hair Salon Business In Nigeria {simple Guide} by simpleAg(m): 7:39pm On Jun 22, 2019
Gandollar:
Yes. But everything depends on your location and kind of salon. If you are in a high brow area, 10k is not enough. The female side should even pay you more because the service they offer is more expensive than the male side. So if you get 10k from the male side, you should demand 15k from the female section.
Nice one bro just started mine, I have got most of the equipment but I want to wait for a good stylist(male & female) first before buying anything else because different stylists I interviewed have different opinions about them.

Any advice you can offer will truly be appreciated.

I know HTML and CSS very well. My problem is time. I work with a bank. I'm just trying to create a platform of my own.
Me too, I am mostly busy with graphic designing, it takes a lot of time, I did some Digital marketing (Email marketing to be precise) also html, php Wordpress etc and css I want to do it again but I haven’t found the time or let me say the motivation. But I will love to give it a try again. I enjoy html5 flexibility it makes things a lot easier than the previous versions.

I will encourage you to just try and finish the setup it should probably take a few days/weeks to create the right basics get clients then upgrade.

Good luck.

Thank you a lot. I know some graphic design. But like I said, I'm still working on the site. I just needed to put something out there and improve on it with the help of kind ppl like you. I will perfect it and mention you once I'm done. Btw. Where's your location?
You’re welcome, Abidjan. You will need a talented graphic designer (creative and unique newsletters although a bit of html is required for this but mostly graphic design) for your work to stand out and you can’t shy away when it comes to the blackhat side of it.

Sure, I will assume you’re familiar with this or even just check Facebook Twitter etc what do they all have in common on their logos it blends to almost all backgrounds. It’s a simple and elegant. But you put white contrast on a logo, if you insist on using the logo then change the website template.
I guess you’re not a graphic designer? Take a look at this website offering marketing services too www.gorilla360.com.au.

Hope I have helped remember you’re put a profile out there make it the best possible one.

Good luck.

Phone sales sir. Pls say hi to me via 08084216374. I just launch my digital marketing Web site www.dijitaafrika.com still working on it though.
Try to correct/redesign your logo banner the combination with your website background is completely wrong i.e it doesn’t blend with the template. I understand you’re just starting but it’s always better to use a landing page and insert a count down for your launch than to do such mistakes it will give people a bad impression about the quality of your work.

Good luck.

But honestly I don't know how our youth of today reason. In 2013 I started my business with just capital of 2m ,but today I'm making millions of naira,at least 45 people are working under me .you make such huge amount in a country you ridicule and you taking it to where their economy is thriving for a business such a stupid decision. Directly you're contributing to their economic.
It’s not always about the money it’s simply about peace of mind. In Nigeria even the rich are afraid, crimes that are unimaginable happens and people just move on as if nothing special, Our way of thinking as a nation is destroying the future of our youth; Even the elders encourage such action “Make Money through any means” I just can’t imagine how the next decade will be for us.

Even if you have money my advice is to have another citizenship for the sake of your children(their mindset getting corrupted by the environment) relocate and invests in a country with better value for life.

My own time my brother said if you dont hear from me dont worry know i am alive, if anyone call you dont pay dime, only when you pay is when i tell them our password, which is when did mum die November 16th 2005, if you get that information plus your son name is Jayden then know the caller is from me anything else dont pay dime, allow them kill me if they want.

So be strong, wait for him to call pls and pray more,God will do it.

I am praying with you,My God who did it for me will make it even easier for your family.whereever he is the hand of God will be with him.love you.

Just don’t show any little weakness they will use that to bleed you dry and even advice you to go sell your things. Don’t send anything to anyone until you can verify some fact about him

InvestmentRe: What Secure Business Can I Invest 2million Without Much Supervision by simpleAg(m): 4:09pm On Apr 13, 2019
arikuobi:
You can take this model to the bank dear.

1. You have a secured employment. This has put you on a pedestal of leverage.

You have the ability to access credit facilities with this status.

You could actually own your home and car with the status you are now.

2. To move fast and steady, you need to tap into online businesses to fund offline investments.
These gives you structure to operate using less to move more.

The tricycle dude is on point. But you could use that 2million to access more funds that you would use to fund the tricycle movement.

Real estate should be top on your list.
There is money online don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You just have to do your due diligence.

Its a rare skill to be able to pull money from investment online to fund offline sure and steady investments.

I will give you pointers though.

There are 3 sure ways of building wealth.
1.real estate
2. Stock market
3. Own businesses

Each with unique set of skills to journey through them.

You could just get a wealth manager for yourself its not that early.

They always take certain % from the profits made. It's better to have 50% of something than 100% of nothing. That's my life's motto.

There is a way to compound 10% of 2 million monthly. That's 200k monthly. In 10 months you have 100% of your initial capital. 20 months 200%. Don't think short term. Wealth takes time to build.

Now you ve compounded a bit you can spread now, from 6 million. 2 million goes to tricycle, 2 million goes to cashew plantations and Garri processing, 2 million still reproducing online.

Fast forward 5 years. By paying yourself salary from the business and taking out all expenses. Profits are reinvested into the businesses.

You would have had invested properties every where and your wealth growing stronger and you would be a force to reckon with.

It takes you, a wealth manager, your 2 million and great financial intelligence and habit.

Enjoy.
Thanks you have been so kind with your info, but online investment can be so volatile and I will not advice anyone to invest in it without experience.
TravelRe: Why Do People Become Less Religious When They Travel Abroad? by simpleAg(m): 9:12am On Mar 28, 2019
As someone who recently started afresh I can say it’s very important to be prayerful and not forget your maker; comfort, luxury and materialistic things can easily make you believe you are powerful but it’s not true. i’m Not saying give anyone your money(so called MOG most of them are just doing that because they can’t find a better job) what i’m saying is pray with your own mouth talk to him yourself.

Everything in life is simply by grace not your power, knowledge or wisdom(na me wise pass na wetin Dey make everything work for me). That said hardwork is equally important but hardwork alone can’t do it. Just imagine the number people doing whatever you’re doing with equally the same tenacity; do you know how many Messi was around when Messi was discovered? That’s why you will see people with talent working day in day out but has nothing to show for it.

If you’re the type that believes your village people can’t get to you over there just because they can’t get on a plane you’re deceiving yourself. I have seen people who died in the sleep in a white land and the autopsy shows nothing wrong with all the technology, seen guys walk in front of a moving tram.

My point is disaster can happen anywhere anything to anyone only by his grace (PLEASE I’M NEITHER A PASTOR NON A RELIGION FANATIC) so forgetting your maker when you get to a foreign land can be the mistake of a life time.

GOOD ENOUGH BRO, I'M A SKILLED MAN. THOUGH I HAVE A DEGREE IN E/E, I'M VERY SKILLED IN ''IT', ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND ALSO IN AUTOMOBILE MAINTENANCE'. I CURRENTLY RUN MY SHOWS IN THESE AREAS OVER HERE BUT IT'S NOT BEEN PROMISING ENOUGH. HOWEVER, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT CAN COST TO GET A MODERATE ACCOMMODATION OVER THERE FOR SAY 1YEAR. CAN IT BE EASILY SORT OUT TOO?
It will depend on your budget, so averagely 25k - 50k cfa/month and you will have to pay for 7 months (it could be less in areas at the edge of the city, 3-4 months).
Yes but areas like koumassi accommodation might be a bit difficult and I won’t advice it unless you have a trusted fellow there, adjame is dirty and similar to oshodi down(old) so I need not say much. But security here is far better than back home so any where you decide to stay should be okay I guess.

“When traveling make sure you pray to meet good people first or at least meet the right kind of people because if you meet the wrong kind no amount of research can help you trust me”

Please all these are base on my own personal experiences it’s could be different for someone else.

THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THERE INFO, BRO. AGAIN, FOR A MODERATE BUDGET, HOW MUCH MINIMUM DO YOU THINK ONE CAN LIVE ON FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS (EXCLUDING BUDGET FOR BIZ START-UP AND FRIVOLITIES)
I’ll assume you have accommodation issue settled, so transportation all that will depend on what you’re coming to do and where you will be staying. Feeding: food is not expensive here (eat the way you want/afford or just get a gas cooker simple).

To Answer your question feeding (2/3 times daily) and transportation (public transportation with a guide coz of the language) Total: CFA 50,000/month excluding accommodation and utility bills.

Please if you don’t have enough to startup something small at least have a skill. Skill is sometimes better than having PhD with no practical or applicable knowledge (Too bad our people only respect fancy education that has no developmental impact on the society).

Yes I do, but I can’t accommodate anyone because I’m also new here still trying to understand what works and what doesn’t, If you get anyone to help be very careful with your money they will just take it and leave you stranded my advice is come with enough money to rent a studio, and survive for at least 3 months after you arrive. It’s always better to plan ahead but I understand situations don’t always allow for that.
I haven’t met anyone whom I can truly introduce you to that can help, when you get here just pay attention mostly the citizens of this country male/female you can easily find one to help, mind you some are also bad just pay attention (behavior is like a smoke with time and patience it will be revealed)
Abidjan is a lovely place I can guarantee after having fun with there women you will not like our women again (they live freely), business also works here than Nigeria; people are not afraid to spend money even if it’s there last card.
