My lad is a little over three weeks old. I'm currently on a three month maternity leave.
Career mothers, please how did you cope with leaving your infant? Is three months not too young to be in a crèche?

I was working in the bank when I had my first son some years back. They gave me 3 months maternity leave.
Then close by 2pm for 3 months after resumption from maternity leave.
I got a nanny for him 2 weeks to my resumption date. She will come to the house as early as 6am and leave when I return from work. I am not comfortable with taking my 3 month old baby to creche. I also started giving him SMA gold some days to my resumption date.

I will breastfeed him before going to work then the nanny will feed him till am back by 2pm then I continue breastfeeding till the next morning.
He started school at 1 yr/7 months. ( play group)

So u can get someone to stay with him at home. U can express your breast milk and put in the refrigerator, if you don't want to introduce formular to him at 3 month.

All wives don't do that.
When next you want to take any decision, try as much as possible to seek her own opinion.
Does she have dis type of attitude before you got married to her?

My EDD was 11th March according to dating scan and 19th march according to LMP.

I started having irregular contractions from 5th march. I went to church on the 6th, was having  the contractions but not strong and close. I danced very well in church and also took a walk to a friend's house in the evening just to induce labour. Fast forward to Monday, I was having  the contractions bt not yet strong and regular. Before we went to bed on Monday 7th March,  my son asked us to dance, we dance for some minutes then we went to bed. Around 10pm I felt water gushed out from my VG . I was shocked cos I never expected it. I shouted Jesus from my sleep, stood up, went to the bathroom to clean up  then used pad. I went inside to wake my DH and told him my water has broken.

I called our gynea and told him that my water broke and am not having any strong contraction. He told me to lie down and don't move around and wait till morning before going to the hospital if the contractions are not close. Or  we shud start going if the contractions becomes close.

I lied down as advised but was scared. Ard 12:30 am 8th march I woke my hubby that we should start going to the hospital, I have packed my bag already. He woke our 3 yrs old Son and we all went to the hospital cos no one around to stay with him at home.

We got to the hospital exactly 1am. We went straight to the receptionist, he was sleeping when we got there, I woke him up and told him that I'm here for delivery, and also asked him to bring my file and direct me to the doc or nurse on duty. If you see the look on his face, cos I didn't look like someone in labour. I was still gisting and laughing with DH,. meanwhile, the contractions ws still nt close.

He took me to a nurse at the labour room. When I got there, I told the nurse am here for delivery. The look on her face though. She asked me to lie down on the bed so she can examine me. I don't like it at all cos it can be painful. She checked and told me am dilating already and that the doc on duty will still have to examine me and to give her order on what to do. I said why did she check when kn the the doc will still check again( I didn't say it out ooooo). She took me to the doc's office and told the doc am 3-4cm dilated. I told the doc dia is no point checking gain since the nurse has checked. But she said no. She checked and said am 4-5cm dilated. I was happy that am progressing. So she told dem to put me on admission since my membrane is ruptured already and my labour is progressing. I was taken to the labour room ard 2am and was asked to change my cloth to delivery gown. I was also ask to jst lie on the bed. I asked if I can move ard and d nurse said no. Ard 2:30 am,  I went to the waiting room wia my DH and son is to take tea. DH prepared tea for me. I drank the tea and went back to the labour room. At this time the contractions were becoming close but still not strong. I was jst jisting with the nurse on duty and was telling her abt the drama u performed at the labour room for my first son and I told her I won't shout during this one and I was able to manage the contractions. What I did was to breath with my mouth anytime am having the contraction and it really helped me.

Fast forward to 3:30 am,  the nurse told me dat she was the only one on duty in the labour room that oda nurses are also working in dia own stations and dat she will have to go and bathe  babies that are in the ward upstairs 5am. She said she pray I give birth before 5am. I asked her what will happen if she is not inside of labour room and the baby is ready to come out and nobody to guide me thru. She said my husband will run to call her upstairs(haaaaaa)

She was very nice to me and was encouraging me. She checked me ard 4am  and I said am progressing and that it will take miracle for me to give birth before 5am. 

Immediately I said God come and do what no man can do. D nurse said Amen.  

Ard 4:30 am,  the contractions ws nw on d high level  (lol) strong and close. I started shouting Baby, baby, baby ( calling DH). He came and tell me sorry. My 3 yrs old Son came inside the labour room and said; mummy sorry u hear( jst looked at him and smile). D doc came Inside the labour room to pick something, I beg her to stay dat she should pls don't go. I also Called the nurse to cm closer. When she did, I held her close and she shouted don't bite me ooooo (lol) I told her I won't bite her dat am seeing her. I told her the baby want to come out, I want to poo ooooo. She told me to wait that I should not push yet that she want to guide me so as not to have tear. I was jst seeing stars (lol). She came and checked and said I should push wen I have any strong contraction. I did and my Prince charming came at the second push at exactly 5am, weighing 3.2kg.  It can only be God. She had to finish with me before going upstairs to bathe dos babies.

My delivery was short and was with ease.

NB- God has really been awesome thru out the pregnancy and delivery. I got everything I asked for.

* I started declaring positively from d day I knew I was pregnant till the day of delivery. I told God I want to deliver like an Hebrew woman and want easy and supernatural delivery. I got to d hospital ard 1am and was in active labour for less than an hour, gave birth exactly 5am.
Those that saw me on Monday didn't believe when dey heard cos I was not showing any sign at all.

* I prayed for God sent medical and non medical team during my delivery and also prayed against human error.
D nurse on duty single handedly took the delivery and was praying thru out the process. 

* D breathing techniques also helped me to manage the contractions. I.e breathing with my mouth

Wishing all pushing mamas easy and supernatural delivery.
To all TTC mamas, this year will not pass u by. U will all carry ur bundle of Joy. God will do what no man can do in ur life.

Okay will try that. Milk was actually the chief cause of my nausea and i stopped taking it some months back out of fear of my nausea returning.

Doc gave me Gascol Antacid Suspension and it worked for me. No more heartburn

Thank God we are all in d last trimester, is any body having heart burn, d heart burn dis days no dey allow me slp ooo, babies kick na another thing, but in all thank God coz it will all end in praise.

I experienced serious heart burn last week but was given Gascol Antacid Suspension at the clinic.
I feel better now. U can try it too.# teammarch
