The problem is that most Igbos don't really live in the East, they depend on lies that the few ones that lives there peddles around on the social media. I wish they could spend half of the energy they spends shouting Biafra on the states and Fed govt to fix the infrastructural decay and the erosion menace threatening the SE. |

is Ore an ibo land? Why station troops at a Nigerian territory? Why do you think ojukwu bombed agege in lagos? The covetous nature of ibos concerning lagos will tell you a lot. I think this time around, they will be more interested in securing Igweocha than trying to attempt another suicidal mission towards SW. |

BALLOSKI: What the people of that region saw in gej is still a mystery to me.
The way about hassling everyone they see criticizing Gej, one would be forced to say every mega projects of his administration were 'sited' in that region.
We know Gej did nothing in his 6 years. Igbos are a highly emotional set of humans. Two things stood out 1: Giving their sons and daughters more than proportional representation in the MDAs (they termed this as sense of belonging) 2: Bestowing Ojukwu with what they called a state burial Outside the symbolism of these, nothing tangible and beneficial to the ordinary man on the streets of the SE. |
