Meanwhile, glory to God, got my visa for Australia coupled with a work permit 2 days ago. Should I get this DPR gig, I intend on staying for it whether the salary big or small. Lol. At no time did Marvel claimed that the Director and DDCS had dissenting views on APL distribution dates. It was someone with a moniker (Ablution) that made this asertion. Marvel stood on his 25th June date alone.

I beg to differ, Marvel actually made it clear to all that the DD, CS wants successful applicants to be contacted this June but the Director prefers July. IMO, Legend's claim only buttresses Marvel's with regards the Director's request superseding that of the DD, CS.

So many factors.
For instance, in a case where Kano indigenes where used to cover up slots for Katsina in a particular recruitment, that makes the compliance index for katsina to be faulty. Hence, Katsina would get more slots in the next recruitment.

Secondly, deaths, retirement, resignation etc can cause a state to be under represented hence making the CDI faulty.

The misinformation is that, members of the public or press can only get figures pertaining a particular recruitment and they judge the compliance with those figures. They might not be able to get the CDI from FCC hence the inference that some states are favoured.

So I believe details like the "CDI" should be made explicitly known to all for the sake of transparency and clarity of doubts.
