Your so called informat here, most are staffed and their reasons for been here is to spoon feed you and rub their palms on your head just to make you calm your neves towards fighting for your right and career. Don't you think it's worths fightING for, if you don't think then I will say you don't deserve it..

19 appointment letters have been shared today, they picked them up in 5, 3,2.. and so one and only few were picked up by the real candidates...

I wish your information is coming from the Director's secretary. The secretary at the reception will probably know only a little.

Getting access to her would start from knowing her/his name and a confirmation from the reception if she/he is expecting you.

Just left the corporate HQ at Kofo Abayomi and I can confirm that just a few people have been contacted. The lady at the reception confirmed contacts were made either via phone call or mail. She said "I should exercise patience".

For those under Warri zonal office u can go and check ur name like I said yesterday my Inlaw will go to the office to check for me...he did they allowed him in but when he called my name they knew it’s was a feminine name so they told him I should come In Person..let me arrange a good lie for my supervisor cause. Did he confirm when the list was sent? Remember some of the successful ND applicants were posted to Warri; hence it could be the list of successful ND applicants. Kindly confirm, thanks.

The recruitment is taking a new shape. If they have started giving letters to the 200 special candidates, they have to start giving letters to the remaining 400, they can't sweep this recruitment under the carpet and dash away the hope of candidates on merit!!! We have the tools at hand (SOCIAL MEDIA), I don't care if they have to scrap this recruitment, they just have to be fair to the children of common men. Nothing in this freaking country works, the government has failed us, and they are about wasting 2 freaking years AGAIN! I don't think you should let that happen. I repeat, if sons of common men don't start receiving calls to pick up their appointment letters from next week, WE WILL ASK QUESTIONS. During the last recruitment, the applicant fought really hard, I guess it's right about time current applicants fight for theirs.

This Friday is the deadline for DPR to start calling candidates on merit, if nothing happens this Friday, we initiate the Social Media protest. Good thing the letter that went viral sometime ago was actually discussed by some radio stations as I heard. That can be used as a springboard...

I have just collected my apl at Maiduguri zonal office of Dpr. I don't care if you believe it or not. For your information, 3 of us receive it this morning at the zonal office. I overheard one of the staffs saying "this boys are gurus ooo.." the statement caught my attention so after collection I reached out to the other two guys to ask them few questions. Both are GTs, 1st class students with masters both. And both received the same calls almost the same time yesterday. Let me tell you few things about myself personally. I also finished with 1st class, had Master's and currently running my PhD program. I have registered with two professional bodies. The Aptitude test was very easy for me, I am very sure I scored more than 95%, my interview was tough, they asked me too many questions and I was wrong in some of them.

I wish to say more especially what happened at the zonal office today with photos proofs, but too many negativity in this room. So yeah, believe it or not, it's your cup of tea. Thank you.

Two EH on this forum have confirmed to have been called to state their choice of posting. I know futureenergy as one, can't remember the other person.

This afternoon around exactly 2:32pm I received a call from Dpr to come and pick my appointment letter tomorrow at the zonal office. I was very shocked because my interview was tough. I didn't answer all the questions. I don't know even the gate man of Dpr. Infact reading your comments that stakeholders have collected makes me totally loose hope. Because I know the son of a common man will not succeed In a competitive recruitment like this. Alhamdulillah I give all thanks to Allah. And I hope others receive the same call. I will reveal more after I collect my letter physically from the zonal office. Allah Nagode maka, Allah yakarawa annabi daraja.

Looking at the ND guys, they were given 4 weeks or thereabout to finally resume. Going by the date of resumption on the letters posted on this platform (which is Octoer 1st 2018), it is safe to deduce that official SMS/Emails will start dropping 4 weeks before this final resumption.

Just guessing oh..Me sef be applicant So keep calm, If you're not given APL it means God doesn't want you to work there.

Date of resumption is in August... Successful applicants have till October 1st 2018 to accept or decline DPR's offer

Firstly, I would like to congratulate those that have received their APLs. I wish you the best in your career with DPR. As the saying goes, “To whom much is given, much is expected”.

I have been following and viewing this thread silently since last week. A few things I talked about have finally taken place and confirmed but some persons didn’t take me serious and were more concerned about release dates while others used most of the information provided to their advantage. I posted something about a few persons that received APLs since last month. Well, I never expected some of them on this thread to own up and I won’t blame them for not doing so since the APLs were not officially released at that time. I don’t like to forcefully convince people to accept the info I provide but I knew some persons were aware of what I posted and they were not happy with the revelations. They did everything to confuse people and now these same persons have received their APLs and abandoned this thread. There’s one thing that can’t change in this world, the truth always win the battle in the end.

Sincerely, I’m not happy with the way the APLs were distributed. It’s not a big deal to send SMS and Emails to the successful applicants. There is no justification for this action taken and I don’t see any reason for the rush. Well, they know best. However, some that have received their APLs through their sponsors made it on merit. It’s just that they had someone in the system that helped them pick theirs. The majority that received were part of the stakeholders list. I want to reiterate that 80% made it on merit believe it or not. So don’t think what had happened these past few days was an indication that very few persons were selected on merit.

The successful ones that have no one will be contacted officially from the zonal offices provided the candidate’s mobile number on the portal is active and home address is correct just in case DPR decides to deliver it to your door step. I want to assure you that everything is in control. The letters are being dispatched in batches, so please be patient with them and don’t be discouraged. Those that will be contacted officially will testify on this thread soon.

Currently, there is a disagreement between Mr Tata and union members over the number of EH recruited and the negative effect it would have on the existing staff. The number of EH recruited were more than 150 and Mr Tata wanted to place them on levels that could hinder the promotion of the current staff. The agreement was to recruit more entry level staff considering the manpower deficit in the system. The union members have decided to confront Mr Tata to defend himself and ensure he slashes the EH number by half and replace them with more GT. I will provide more updates on this issue when the matter has been resolved.

Lastly, if you don’t make in the end just know that you were never meant to be there in the first place. There is still hope and a better opportunity awaits you.

I don't get why people are so discouraged already. Trust me ladies & guys, this thing still stands on the percentage merits. Even while people where doing their permutations up & down on this thread I was just reading silently cos at the end of the interview I knew my scores in total & knew my overall position from my state, so stakeholder or not I'm proud to say that I got this on merit base. I worked really well by the help of God to cross every stage. & yes whether stakeholder candidate or not this is a compensation to an extent for loosing my child in the course of the job interview

if I'm being honest, I'm surprised more people haven't testified here yet. I was told today they are dispatching some letters but i kept asking shouldn't the people be notified atleast since they have started giving people already- there was no concrete response. Alot of people on this thread have gotten letters but wont say anything because of how they got it. I'm getting mine today but truthfully i wasn't officially contacted so i don't think there have been any official sms/emails etc. I'm hoping more people on the thread testify soon. . I dont hav info on EH but I'm sure we would know on the thread too when they start handing out their letters. I really wish everyone the best

There's a way some of us discourage others from sharing info here. I posted because I saw that people where still discouraged. From my understanding, the letters are dispatched in batches but everything or almost everything should be rounded up before the week ends. All the best to the others. I go Sha still share if I learn anything new

Yes. The letters have been signed and are ready for distribution. Some people have collected from their sponsors. I know of three. I have also seen Both the latter and the acceptance form. This also corroborates the information on page 647. This is all I can share for now. Over and out.
