Politics / Re: What You Should Know Sudden Listing of Anambra As An Oil and gas Producing State by SirBlack999(m): 10:30am On Nov 26, 2021
DOTian:

We have been a bit unfortunate with carbon discoveries in Igboland. Oil was discovered few years towards independence and this made Nigeria very palatable for other sections of the country like the North and the West that had absolutely nothing significant then other than some moribund groundnut pyramids and austere Cocoa harvests. With the help of Zik who wanted a One Africa government, these groups found Nigeria attractive, Inspite of their disdain for their fellow countrymen. At the start of the war, these groups were able to negotiate with the imperialist Britain to unleash genocide in the East and take control of the oil resources. It has been going ever since.

Now, with oil running out, and different parts of the country agitating for the break up of Nigeria, all of a sudden the government found gas in very high quantity in the East again. Now, the Buharis administration is desperately trying to tie eastern gas development to Western conglomerates through the Fulani, essentially making the gas deposits inn the East the property of Western companies managed by the Fulani oligarchs in Nigeria. Igbos seem to be a bit unaware of this and our fixation on trading seem to cause us to forget that with the gas in Igbo land, we can easily leapfrog above our peers, irrespective of the setbacks of the war.. imagine where oil in Nigeria was discovered say in 1980 or gas ten years from now..

Buhari is constructing the AKS pipeline that he claims will go to Europe from the heart of igboland. Most of the gas will come from Imo state and Abia state. I think that those pipelines will end in Niger republic. The just added Europe to fool warry Nigerians.. They're constructing as we speak. From this project, there will be 3 gas powered power station at Abuja, Kaduna and Kano. Totalling 10,000 MW. Maybe another in Niger republic, who knows? But NONE in either Imo state or Anambra state where the gas will come from! This is the kind of scotched earth policies the Fulani imperialists under this evil regime are propagating all over the East and we still have igbos trying to "intellectualise" this nonsense..
True talk. If you want to know how stupid they are. Go to twitter and see how those so called igbo Otelectuals are propagating themselves as Pro-Igbos by opening threads and Voice chats everywhere. The same time Imo State was burning, one otele opened a voice chat called Igbo Amaka, and then got mad when one igbo called them ọkụkọ. You won't see participating in that nonsense. Tomorrow, they will wonder why Eastern based Igbos sympathise with IPOB. Fa bụ nnọọ ọnọ n'uno mara ihe zụrụ na-ahịa.

Anyway, we will all be when shit hits the fan.
N.B: Those same Igbo oteles were all mute during Obigbo. The just pretend like it wasn't happening while their kins got killed and raped. Tomorrow ndị Algae soup will threaten them again and they will start crying

This will give the Biafra agitation a leverage. Besides, I don't know how Igbos should sit around and their gas is piped to the North. The same north that hates our existence

Politics / The Fraudulent Know-it-alls Disguising As Pro Igbos by SirBlack999(m): 6:29pm On Nov 23, 2021
In the wake of deaths and destruction that just happened in Awo-omamma. One can't help but notice the quiet from our pro Igbo intellectuals.

Days preceding the Anambra election, there was call by the IPOB to boycott the election which was, to me, a very bad call. Nobody wants APC in Alaigbo. We couldn't help but notice the surge in the rise of UGM in Anambra, which, if you thought about it screams political motivation. With the way APC is loathed in Alaigbo, they would be the only beneficial of a boycott.

When these attacks happened, the people masquerading as thinkers began blaming IPOB of these attacks. The same ones that were against sit at home. There arguments being that's a way of destroying the Igbo economy. Election came and gone and we stopped hearing about UGM.

It was so bad these intellectuals both on here and on twitter started threatening there kins with violence; How they would go on lynching spree of IPOB of members. A fella on twitter with the handle @iykimo maybe @iykmo or something like that (can't remember again) suggested the Obigbo massacre be carried out on parts of Alaigbo, just because of a disagreement.

Now there wishes are happening. Scores died in Awo-omamma, a whole market burnt to the ground. People's livelihoods; this Christmas; The inflation. How are the common Igbos going to survive? Do we pause for a minute and think about that?

The same banshees screeching about Igbo economy are nowhere to be seen again.

But let me end this with this law of nature. Actions beget reactions. These rampage by the NA and the blind eye of the so called intellectuals will more people to the side of IPOB, and it will get worse.

you are stupid and childish, if the number of igbos on nairaland that are not up to 2% of the entire igbo population now represents the opinion all igbos in general to your myopic reasoning. That shows how daft and senseless you are.

I am very sure you are not an igboman, nairaland have been a forum where tribal hatred and bigotry are welcomed, is more like competition within the opposing tribes ,both igbos, yurobas, ijaws, huasa and fulani insult each other under the guise of tribal superiority and you feel is right to drag the entire tribe to this madness ?

Who are paying you guys to discredit an igboman? If you want to condemn the issue of tribalism on this forum, why not try and be holistic in your criticism? Singling out a particular tribe to an offence of almost all the tribe in Nigeria is the height of stupidity.
Just observe the handles he is agreeing with on this thread. They're all BMC accounts. The dude is an imposter or low budget Joe igbokwe

TY DANJUMA is not one of them, they can't defend themselves not to talk of defending the Igbos.

Do you know that the fulani Muslims can easily go into any of this Maguzawa compound and kidnapped any young girl they love and married her of to their fellow Muslim the family will say nothing or they will all be killed.
TY Danjuma is one of them. And Igbos recorded more casualties in the Middle belt during the pogrom that preceded the genocide. And the victims were mostly Igbos fleeing the core North. M.Belters started disassociating themselves from the North when themselves became prey to the jihadi north

do you know what it means when the state sees you as unwanted creatures because you are not part of their state religion. They are so minority.

The Christians in middle belt can't speak for themselves not to talk of indigenous Christians from far far North, you will find some of them even in Niger republic, we call them Hausa Christians.

They are been killed by the Muslims without consequences.the only people relating and helping to defend them are the Igbos and Yoruba Christians staying among them.

They are true believers they hold Christianity very well more than the south
I know that. But the irony in all these, none of them defended Igbos during the genocide. In fact, their sons supervised the genocide; Gowon, T.Y Danjuma....
The really thought they were north. But the thing's my interest will always come first before theirs.

We still have plenty indigenous HAUSAs who are majorly Christians in Katsina , Kano, sokoto and kebbi state.even when the Muslims government of this states denied them employment and r cognition, and 90% of them are very educated.

Because of them God is still holding this country together they can't afford to be left alone with the Terrorists islamist though they are also stubborn because they disgraced The evil Terrorists called Usman Danfodio.

Hmm..! This is a dead trap oo! Anyone that loves himself should not mind him..... The leaders of the south east has lost total control of that region, all these things they are trying to do, talking to PMB to release Nnamdi Kanu, begging for peaceful election in Anambra, telling the residence in the region to go about their normal business, they are just trying to revive their importance in the region. But in reality they don't have a say.... Ipob are the one ruling there..... Before they could have an election in Anambra, they had to beg ipob, the people you tagged outlaw are now the one deciding what happens not even the ohanaeze... Who rules..? Do you know how long this has been happening, Mondays sit at home. People their are already used to it, student are used to it..... When the leaders fails.... Laws losses it values...
