Romance / Re: A Lady gifted my boyfriend with a Car by SirKastic(m): 1:31am On Jun 29, 2020
You "came back to Nigeria to vote" .. you're obviously not focused.

Spaxon:
Hello Nairalanders....,

Please this is a family...
I need ur help
Someone gifted my boyfriend with a Car, actually a (Cadillac) as I saw in the pictures... and it's just so annoying. I came back to Nigeria to vote,
And he posted it online and later sent me photos on WhatsApp.
I asked him to return it but he is unwilling..
How can a Lady do such...?
Knowing fully well that he's in a relationship.
I asked a few people,
Lol some said I should allow him,
Others said I shouldn't.
Right now a car isn't his or my problem.
We all do have cars our parents gave us.

I don't just know what to do.....

Oga why are you shouting (typing caps) ..pls calm down eh

cheango:
KOGI WITH A JOKE
IMAGINE THE STATE SAID THE TWO POSITIVE CASES BY NCDC WAS PEOPLE ATTACKED BY BEE
AND THEY ARE REFERRED TO ABUJA FROM FMC LOKOJA
AT THE END NCDC COMFIRMED IT WAS COVID I9 AT ABUJA, INDICATION THAT MANY PEOPLE HAS IT IN KOGI, BUT STATE GOVT DONT ALLOW TESTING

I WONDER HOW PEOPLE ATTACKED BY BEE WILL BE TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO ABUJA FOR EMERGENCY,
THE MOST USELESS STATE GOVERNMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN IS KOGI, BUT CAN WE EXPECT LESS FROM A GOVERNOR WHO RIGGED TO POWER?

THEY ARE THE ONE THAT CREATED ANDROID APP FOR TESTING ,WHAT DEVELOP COUNTRIES DONT DO.
THEY ARE THE ONE THAT SENT ONLY ONE SAMPLE TO NCDC EVEN WHEN DOCTORS SAW MANY PEOPLE WITH SYMPTOMS
THEY ARE THE ONE BUYING TESTING KIT THEMSELVES

WE SHOULDNT DECEIVE OURSELVES IRRESPONSIBILITY OF ANY STATE CAN AFFECT ANYBODY IN THIS COUNTRY, BECAUSE WHEN THE VIRUS IS SUCCESSFULLY CONTAINED, KOGI CAN STILL SPREAD IT BACK. DONT LET US FORGET, COVID I9 STATED FROM A PERSON, IN A TOWN, THEN TO THE STATE, THEN TO A REGION, THEN TO COUNTRY, THEN ALL OVER THE WORLD. ITS A WAR WE MUST COLLECTIVELY FIGHT ONCE AND FOR ALL.

AND FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS SAY DO WE SEE PEOPLE DYING IN KOGI, PLEASE LAGOS THAT HAS OVER 4000 CASES DO YOU SEE PEOPLE DYING ON THE STREET?
LET US BE RESPONSIBLE, MAY GOD HELP AND PROTECT US

Hello,

Can't say for certain if you'll get an ADR or not, best to for them to contact you if they need any additional doc or clarification. As long as you filled all the info you should be fine. All the best

jbach:
Hello bro, a big congratulations to you! I want to ask a question on ADR for record of government employment. Did you feel in any government related job under work experience.? Why i am asking is because I filled in NYSC as govt but under personal history.(what i have been doing in the last 10years. My work history has no government related institutions. Do you think i will get an ADR or there would be no need. Thanks

Good day,
He was an MP and he often helped PR applicants with their application progress status but he lost his re-election so he's no longer available to do that.

OlubiyiT:

please how do i message Ralph to ask about my application. who is Ralph?
I'm in the pr process. Thanks
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by SirKastic(m): 5:25pm On Jan 11, 2020
Hi, yes I filled the same form cos I work in a govt establishment and they needed record of all my previous positions, not just the one I was claiming points for - I guess. Going by that, I think your PPR should be close too. Congrats in advance!

Dare002:
Hey,
I got ADR on Dec 20th to fill enclosed Government Employment Form. I had filled NYSC as Government. Is that the case with you as well? I also see you got PPR already.

Crime / Re: Oluwafemi Oyerinde Shot Dead In The US Over Loud Music by SirKastic(m): 2:28pm On Oct 15, 2019
"serve as a deterrent" is such a silly statement to make. So it's okay to get killed for loud music closure in a foreign country. You can make your point without justifying murder. It's sickening that America has such a shitty gun control law in the first place and anyone can get shot for loud music.

Nukilia:
Heaven rest his soul!
This should serve as deterrence to other Nigerians who are noise makers in a foreign land.
You can't leave a confused nation like Nigeria where every kind of nuisance is allowed and go to the US and constitute nuisance to a sane society.

The way worship houses and clubs blast sound all over the country is a sign that our mental health as a nation needs to be properly assessed.

Second, to those post-AOR awaiting PPR, please check your emails even as you read this script. Golden email can come at anytime like play. Only two nights ago I was so depressed at the thought of CIC, I ate only once, had a sleepless night, woke up yesterday expressing my frustration in group chats early morning until 9.05am and from nowhere, golden email came in at 9.06am. There is hope.

Ive been on this process since i wrote my 1st IELTS in March 2018 (wrote 4 times before getting required score), and all other stressful processes of getting the required docs. You need to think about what your motivation is and if it's worth it to you.. in the long run. You should decide for yourself regardless of what your friend/colleague might be doing or not. Do what you think will be best for you and your kids. Hope this helps... cheers and all the best.

Maple2020:
Hello Nigerian canadians i started this movement in July but i am loosing motivation, i am actually doing this for my kids because i have a comfortable job. My colleague who i started with has changed her mind and its affecting me sad I'm studying for IELTS buy I've lost that energy i started with.
So guys give me ginger, remind why this is worth every naira, sweat and effort.
