greatwhite:instead of creating seperate rooms, isnt it better to hav an extended room or a closet for clothes n shoes. As for kids or babies, isnt the man supposed to share the responsibility with his wife, why should he avoid it by having his own room? I fink the sitting room or any other room cld be used temporarily by the husband for rest if he feels their bedroom isnt conducive at the moment for what he wanna do |
I would lik to know people's view on whether it is better for couples to have seperate bedrooms after marriage. Doesnt it affect their relationship? Some say it is necessary for privacy buh isnt marriage supposed to make 2 one. Please what are your views and advice so that others can learn and those yet to decide can know which way to go

Former Plateau State Governor, Joshua Dariye, on Thursday defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress. He left the Peoples Democratic Party on whose platform he was first elected governor and then elected to the National Assembly to represent Plateau Central senatorial district. Senate President Bukola Saraki announced Mr. Dariye’s defection just before the Senate adjourned on Thursday. Mr. Dariye is one of the former governors facing corruption charges. He is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on charges bordering on money laundering and diversion of funds. His case with the EFCC is before Justice Adebukola Banjoko of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court, Gudu, Abuja. He is alleged to have siphoned the state’s ecological fund to the tune of N1.16 billion. In 2004, Mr. Dariye fled the United Kingdom where he was being tried for money laundering. EFCC first filed charges against Mr. Dariye before Justice Banjoko in 2007. He pleaded not guilty and commencement of his trial was fixed for November 13 of that year. However, before that date, Mr. Dariye filed a suit challenging the competence of the charges and the jurisdiction of the court. He argued that he ought to be tried before a Plateau State High Court and not the FCT High Court. For 9 years, his trail was delayed until February 2015 when the Supreme Court affirmed the competence of the Abuja court to try him. Mr. Dariye’s two telephone lines which he submitted to the National Assembly were not going through to ask why he left PDP as at the time of filing this report. Already, Nigerians on social media have started suggesting the Senator did cross-carpet on the hope he would be helped to avoid conviction being a member of the ruling party. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/211037-accused-stealing-n1-1-billion-plateau-funds-joshua-dariye-decamps-apc.html |
strongerthaneva:your zombiesm is incurable. Why not insist that all be investigated. Free yourself from slavery |
A man who couldn't run any known organisation after he left power for many years was forced to manage a big nation like Nigeria just cos the north and a few cabals want to continue looting the nation's wealth and resources. Can he do without complaining. God help us all |
We all know that Tinubu has pocketed the wealth of majority of the west and turned those who support him to slaves. I have said it before, that corruption has just shifted to another group of people but the slaves and zombies would rather be ignorant or enjoy the crumbs they are fed to defend these new cabals in APC. |
WorldRichest:dont pick one point and leave the other just cos you wana cover your loot master. They are all looters of our common wealth. Free yourself from slavery |
WorldRichest: |
kropotkin2:Your zombiesm is incurable, dont know how much you are paid but it obvious your fellow APC zombies are reducing in number cos many are tired of defending this propagandist and nepotistic government. People like us want alleged corrupt people to be tried including many of them in APC who have deeped their hands in the cookie jar like Ameachi and Fashola to mention a few |

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Lagos State, has kicked against the selection and eventual confirmation of the four member- commissioners of the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission, LASIEC. The party berated Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and the State House of Assembly for “nakedly neglecting due process and flouting the state Electoral Laws which prohibits members of political parties from being part of LASIEC composition.” The PDP, in a statement issued on Tuesday by its State Publicity Secretary, Taofik Gani, claimed that the particular inclusion of Lateef Raji as LASIEC Commissioner to conduct council polls in Lagos State was an unequivocal resolve by the Ambode administration to rig the proposed polls in favour of his party, the All Progressives Congress, APC. “Lateef Raji has always been a card carrying member of parties. From AD, which he acted as chairman during the factionalisation, to being a member of AC; ACN and now APC. He just served as Special Assistant to former Governor Babatunde Fashola. “He presently has his posters and banners in Lagos and Ondo States to contest the Ondo governorship election. He is thus unfit and improper to act as umpire in a contest which APC will contest in,” the party said.According to PDP, the continuous retention of Justice Fatai Adeyinka (retired) as LASIEC chairman and now confirming Raji as LASIEC commissioner is conclusive of APC and Ambode as anti-democrats, despot and desperate to control all the councils in the state. “This is insulting the sensibilities of Lagos voters, all well meaning persons must condemn this act. The purported commissioner and the LASIEC chairman must be removed to allow for reasonably fair polls. “If they are not removed, the APC can as well continue to violate the political rights of Lagosians to vote for their choice in a free and fair election. They should continue in the illegal, unconstitutional and fraudulent Local Councils now headed by aberration Executive Secretaries. “The PDP projects that the coming council polls to be superintended by Governor Ambode is obviously going to surpass the previous polls in the acts of rigging and imposition. It would be recalled that the last council polls results were announced by LASIEC with no figures,” the party said. According to PDP, “the areas we won like Badagry, Agbado-Oke Odo, Ikoyi-Obalende, Somolu, and so on were hijacked by LASIEC acting the script written by the former governor. This may not be different. “The PDP counsels the Ambode-led APC government to prevent anarchy in the state by doing the expedient, needful, which is constituting a LASIEC that can conduct manifestly free, fair, credible council polls. ”http://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2016/03/16/lg-polls-lagos-pdp-rejects-new-lasiec/ |
AustineE1:Fact!!! |
oluchibabe:The law doesnt permit any security agent to detain any person for more than 48hrs witout charging or taking the person to court and these two have been detained for weeks without doing any of these... To me this is jungle justice |
Only ignorant and sentimental beings will praise such a statement from an ex president of Nigeria, that the present administration said that during his reign as d pdp led govt that the country was milked dry. Which ex president in a developed or sane society will make this "hate" statement to his fellow citizens. .. Smh. I perceive hate and vengeance evrywhere, propelled by this present administration. .. |
jonnieoneng:Before i go on debating with u, pls go and study what democratic govt and rule of law means. Pls dont be blinded by d party or an individual u support and ignore rules of engagement by law enforcement agents during protest whether violent or not. If u remember vividly, the former president's convoy was stoned in d north when he went for campaign, that is more of a treasonable act that would have made the army lunch an attack buh u didnt hear that anybody was killed, instead they left. In democracy, as a government, u must be ready to endure and manage bashings no matter whether they are frm miscreants or thieves. What u do is to catch some if not all and try them in the court of law and not jungle justice. I believe i have educated u enof, if nt i cant help u understand better here. |
adams009:you are directing your questions to the wrong person. Mr Femi was only trying to tell the government the truth and not just trying to defend the shiites. It is d duty of the police to arrest those groups who were blocking the road and threatening ppl in the north. If we say we want to be like a democratic nation, we must be ready to bear d consequences that follows it. When there were violent protests by the black Americans in US over the death of a black American this year, did u hear that d police shot at them cos they refused to leave the streets. let stop playing politics and sentiment wit evrytng and say d truth unless u dont know the truth. |
I think the presidency is in support of the army's violent style of reaction to citizens. As painful as it may sound, in a democratic regime, there are civil ways of quelling violent protest no matter who is caught in d crossfire. It seems this administration hasnt come to terms that in civilian regime, u dont use war firearms on civilian protesters even if they turn violent unless u must hav declared a curfew or state of emergency. |
Hmmm, impressive. The problem is usually maintenance and continuity. |
I just hope the judiciary doesnt contribute in throwing d country into chaos |
It a welcome development, buh they also have to be retrained. This administration should work on amending the Constitution to adopt state or community policing in the country. I m ready to offer them free consultation on how it can work in our unique environment |
It a welcome development, buh they also have to be retrained |
obailala:Be wiser my friend, it nt abt being able to boot any govt out as u lik orelse we wont mak any headway buh we ought to criticise objectively and help d govt succeed by proffering solutions and nt swallowing evrytng u ar told or d present govt does cos u are blindly supporting a person or party!! |
ddippset:Be wise my friend. If APC can allegedly throw billions arnd to bribe judiciary, then they can throw d same billions to rig n win d election now they hav federal might.. .. This one party start u APC goons are supporting wil backfire on evryone including u all and it may tak longer than 16yrs to com out of d suffering.. . Be wise for once!! ! |
Firefire:I just wish those ignorant, blind, hypnotized and partially educated APC fanatics know this and return to their senses b4 they destroy this country because it wil affect us all and our families when it happens and those u are killing urself for foolishly would av escaped |
If APC ignorant e-warriors can support d sham LG election and d person who conducted that fraudulent daylight robbery election in Rivers state.. . Then they ought to embrace this election as being fair. Besides, frm d tribunal ruling in favor of APC in lagos despite it being d same reason wit that in Rivers, gives more evidence that d nation is being turned into a one party state and this is gona be dangerous for us all. That was hw PDP started and some of them felt they were gods.. . We need to be careful not to allow this government turn d nation into a 1 party state!!!! |
lovat:pls ignore that ignorant APC blind fanatic... I don't even know hw mch he is being paid to be blind |
