Please I have a question. I have HND in accounting and am also a chartered accountant with Ican. Am currently in my finals in a BSc program with a a university, (partime program) and a private University but fully recognized and accredited by nuc. My question is can I apply next year for msc since I will be rouding off my BSc program that nxt yr? Someone told me I can apply if am in my finals. Want to know how true and how to go about it with the school? Or should I just forget about the BSc and apply for BSc with my HND? Really need to leave nxt yr! God's willing. |

dailydolar: I have HND and is currently running a 2yrs program to top up to BSc. My fear is that I saw I a Canadian school website that to be considered for msc, you must have BSc obtained from at least 3yrs of schooling.... So my question is if I will meet this requirement since I went through Direct entry and spent 2yrs. |

Please I have a question. If one successfully top up his HND to BSc with a recognized private school in Nigeria, how possible can you proceed to master abroad ? The reason for my question is this, I read in one school in Canada that for you to be considered for masters, you must have BSc with study period of not less than 3yrs. My fear is that, if you top up in 2yrs, won't this be reflected in your result and thereby falling short of the above threshold? Please a well informed individual should clear me on this. |

Like I said, I have raised up to half the block fund and I need to borrow to make it up since my job is no longer promising . Only just want to know what my chances are so as to know what to promise the guy. Am that kind of guy that like keeping his promise. Am just asking if I can hustle and pay up within the shortest time... Please anyone that has been in my shoes before should give me a clue. Olanrewaju92: 1 Like |

Please as a follow up to this hnd qualification issue I also have questions. It's understandable that hnd can't go straight for MSc.. My question is.. 1. Would I inform that I have attended school to hnd level while applying or should I forget the details or just go by weac and possibly ond transcript? Again I have searched through DAAD and am not seeing my love course, Accounting. Is it that Germany don't do it or is it hidden under business administration? 2. Do I still need proof of English if I inform them I have attended higher institution in English? 3. Please about the fund, would it still remain in the block account even after you land Germany or is it withdrable after some months of arrival. Am asking cos I have a relation that can lend me that money for 6 months or little more but not up to yr. 4 lastly, would age be my barrier. Am turning 30 this yr. Please someone should help me with the above ... God will bless all of the older guys helping we JJC. Reading through this thread gives me hope that our generation will be better where Igbo, hausa, yoruba and host of other tribes will see each other as brother and sister. Olanrewaju92: |

Am new on NL and really don't know how pm works. Pardon me. I contacted one of their Nigeria rep I got her number through their website. She advised me to go for a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma. The fee is about 1750cad per course minimum of 4 courses per semester I guess. Plan to contact them via mail to know if they allow payment on arrival. Will do that next year jan2 cos they are on break now to resume 2nd. bbclue: |
