Use ur blender n grind 2 d smoothest texture u can by constantly dipping ur fingers into d mixture n rubbing inbetween. N add enof water to droping consistency, almost lyk mai shayi (Lol. ok not lyk dat, more lyk blended watery tomato). U are good 2go frm there.

@cherrybabe1, I knw how depressing it must hv been 4 u on hw ds last cycle turned out. I suggest dt since u are going 2 do d procedure again, start taking a prenatal multivitamin lyk Pregnacare conception n eat lots of fruits n vegetables lyk cabbage n cucumber since dey are in season now ds will go a long way in preparing d grounds by giving ur body d needed headstart n vitality. No hsg yet, hopefully ur DH sa will be fyn n I pray u won't evn need it as u will get ur bfp ds cycle. Cheer up.

My period showed face today ooo (I'm not calling it "Aunt" again abeg)
Abeg help me scrutinize my case. This month I decided to try Ovaboost, my cycle went down to 24 days. B4 marriage, I didn't know how many days my cycle was but the days difference if using 31 calendar days used to be 3-4 days. So I guess I had 27 on average cycle. it was after marriage I started tracking my cycle around the 3,4,5 month I realized I was having 25/26 days cycle. I tried vitamin b6-12 and E. Any month I did, I use to have 27/28 days cycle. This year I have not tried anything after all my test and i have been on consistent 25 days circle. I have tried OPK last year from CD 10-13, I always get positive OPK. i did follicular tracking one month, on CD 10,13, it grew from 18 to 24cm or so. cant rembered exactly but the doctor said i was likely to ovulate on that 13th and by 15, I was told it had ruptured.

Do any1 have idea while I'm flowing on the 24th day?

I think dias a hormonal imbalance somewhere hence d fluctuating cycle length.U can start taking Vitex wit ur Ovaboost does wonders over just 3 cycles. My period was lyk urs but on d high side, 30-33 days do one b4 vitex was 33, started vitex it bcame 28, den 26, den bfp. Wit no pms. Its not a hormone drug bt it jst helps balance hormones.

My dear, when I hear stories of Morning sickness, I always wonder. My 1st 3 months, I did not even experience any thing. No Vomiting, no spitting, no tiredness, Infact nothing at all. At times I will wonder what is happening. My tummy was not shooting out, even up till now. When I got to 17 weeks, I was so bothered about it, I went and did U/s on my own and I was given my result. The guy even told me that the level of my pregnancy, that there was no need drinking water for scan.

My dear, after that day, I stopped worrying about signs and symptoms. Cool down, you are okay.

At last some1 who understands my anxiety. Thnks mama. Happy bumping n delivery 2 u. I knw dat if i had a bump yet, i wuldnt hv been worried, u knw. All Mamas really adviced me well, i wud js cul down n be d culest preggy woman ever in my community. thnks luv.

I was on b6.

At a time, I was tired n stopped b6. Then I noticed some ms n ran back.
Ms is not a nice something abeg.

I was doing scan up n down from the week I got a positive because I was not having symptoms.
I was worried n got dh worried at a point..

Just calm down. Enjoy it.

I started having food stuck in my throat at 12weeks till 16weeks.
Puking n heartburn. Lol
When people's ms stopped.
I was busy having third trimester symptoms.
Lol.

Hello Sixx, I wasn't on any drugs to suppress morning sickness. it's all natural. my mum and elder sis went thru all 6 pregnancies without any form of morning sickness, so I guess that's why they are not surprised mine is going d same route...lol.
I'm curious tho, do u really want morning sickness?

My dear am in 4 anything dt will constantly remind me that am expecting. Am not d falling ill type so morning sickness 4 me will be lyk a celebration of knowing am still human afterall. Lol

I will continue wit d pregnacare n n odas 4 now den switch to anoda Pregnacare dt has upto 800mcg dts in second trimester n by den I wud hv started antenatal so my doc will knw wat 2 giv me, if he doesn't include ferrous, I will. Bt I am already taking a lot now, don't want 2 overdo it. Our mothers sef many did not take as much bt look how we turned out.

Mamas, pls what's the recommended dose of folic acid please & also what combination of prenatals are better? Am thinking of using pregnacare with extra 400mcg or 800mcg folic acid and 1000mg Calcium or folic acid, ferrous, and 1000mg Calcium. They only gave me chemiron at the private hospital I use. I checked, the chemiron has 2mg folic acid in it, but am just skeptical taking chemiron alone as prenatal during pregnancy. I feel they prefer giving chemiron at that hospital cos chemiron is cheap for them.
Please is it wise taking chemiron alone as prenatal or what other better supplements should I do? Abeg na beg a dey beg o, make una no ignore me pls.
I've also been purging with stomach pain since the past two days. Pls is this normal? Although I took dry bread last night to help stop the purge. It worked a little but still having occasional stomach pains.

If I get eventually fyn, if I don't I wait wen I finish ds one I get d one of 800mcg. Me too I hv been purging oo. So AF showed up dis morning and I run quickly to my gynecologist cos as per my last cycle which he tracked and was discovered dat I'm not ovulating.
So I'm given clomid and folic acid i guess to take for 5days and after den i shud come bak for tracking.
My question now is shuld clomid be taken during AF?frm wat i read here i tink its afta AF dey normaly take it.
Can i take it with oda supplement I'm currently on cos dis is my first time of taking dis drug.

Yes clomid is taken during af, from cd2-6 or cd3-7. I don't think it will interfere wit oda supplements or vise versa but u shud mention d supplements so mamas can knw how beta 2 advice u based on experience or research.

My story so far;
I did all the necessary tests. On cycle day 2 I did blood work.everything came out ok. On cycle day 3 I did ultrasound scan.

They checked uterus and ovaries and everything looked fine. No cysts no fibroid. The RE(reproductive endocrinologist) was happy.

Bear in mind that I did HSG last October( we started trying in October).

The doctor said everything looks normal and I should have no issues concieving. She also explained to us that every healthy couple has a 20 percent chance every cycle.

She said if we want things to be faster, we can do a natural iui. So now I'm scheduled for a natural Around cycle day 14. They will do a follicle dtracking. I have to go everyday to the doctor from cycle day 12. Once they see the are mature follicles they will give me a trigger shot and I'll do the iui next day.

Husband sperm also came out very good. The frustration with this thing is that you cannot control anything.

Please has anyone done iui before?

The earlier high fever was likely malaria, so went to my gyne & he gave me anti-malaria drug & chemiron & am back to my normal self. If not that I know am preggy, plus occassional cramps, I don't feel anything o.
