Onlytruth: This message goes to Igbo Fathers: As an Igboman who have passed through HELL in Nigeria, and who is determined to effect a real change ( create Biafra or create a confederal or truly federal Nigeria), I believe I have to say this: Isn't it wise to be more attentive to what our daugthers are doing?
There seems to be an unannounced mad rush for Igbo girls by some of these tribes that hate us the most. How can we secure our future when our daugthers are in chokehold relationships with these people
I know we can sometimes find ourselves in desperate situations (daughter desperate for a husband), but please try to explain to these girls that the people they are marrying have not apologised for the starvation of 2 million in Biafra.
Igbo fathers, be more attentive to your daughters dates. Our sons have been ok., they always marry Igbo girls, but the Igbo girls!
If we don't direct and orient these girls right, we will wake up one day to find that our nation has been stolen right from under our eyes! Igbo anya saa nu!
Marrying from the old EAST is ok , but Yoruba??!! Chineke ekwela ihe ojo! its not about igbo not every igbo person agreed with biafra, those that didn't migrated AWAY from igboland LOL dis is mad funny like i swear you guys dey worry sha to all d fine igbo/delta/EAST/SS babes SJEEZY loves yall |

He fosters corruption through tithes in rccg?. cn u please xplain howww, or all d tithes in d church go to himm/?, defintly ntt, common bruvaa. u cc it urselff, d needs of the church are way too much for a man to steal the churchs money, nd jus because has acces to a private jet doesnt mean he steals the church moneeyyyy I dont think hes thief, i think hes not a good pastor, not a good leader and not a good person - typical Nigerian hes just as corrupt as the politicians who give tithe from stolen money. Would jesus except money from a thief knowing it was stolen? |

youngmonie: I criuosly wished ppl could think before postingggg their comments on this thingg, or d moderator review ppls comme der being postedd, cos it seems der some shallow brainy ppl of nairalandd, all dey do is post useless comments dat wudnt benefit der lives or dat of oda nigerianss, in d topics in question, adeboye does not need to speak to our so called leaders kno der responsibilities. Every month, der alaways prayer nd fasting for the nation in whch he obliges ever1 to take part inn, nd im sure if d man goes to speak to them again some retards on nairaland would opn der mouth aimlessly to say that d man is corrupt or has gone der to collect bribe, nd personallv i dnt fink religion has to do with the economic nd develmental growth of nigeriaa, simplessss!!!!!!!! If he doesn't talk to them openly then what good is it? if he doesn't collect bribe he fosters corruption through tithes in his church, which is the same. Religion has everything to with economical and developtment of Nigeria. If you dont know anyone who has as much influence as he does IS SUPPOSE TO USE IT TO BETTER THOSE AROUND. |

One thing about Nigerian pastors/imams i dont get is they're not that active in changing Nigeria positively. I dont get it look at America- Martin luther king, rev Jesse jackson, Rev al sharpton, Malcom x, Louis farrakhan, Elijah muhammad.
The in ones Nigeria- imams always call for religious riots and the pastors never stand up for whats right or against whats wrong.
Nigerian pastors and imams are part of the reason Nigeria is like that.
Baba Adeboye might not be a politician but he and other pastors are obligated by the bible to guide their flock to the right path. Also openly speak out against the corrupt politicians, instead of harboring them in the church FOR MONEY. |

ezeagu: First of all I don't even have to point out that you look like an ass after saying your a proud Lagosian and with all your catty posts addressing Igbo people, you come and say "how do you know I'm not half Igbo". And the fact that you continue to posts that don't concern you makes you look like a real African Wild Ass (look it up).
Second of all who even was talking about Biafra with you? I was asking you why your on threads that don't concern you? Don't tell me it's because you might be half Igbo, because there are Igbo nairaland members who are not on this thread. If you see a thread that doesn't concern you look over it or drop a comment and keep it pushing, don't use it as a sly outlet for your masked bigotry. Thanks. you will continue to make youself look like an ass Lagosians aren't just yoruba d.i.ck head what catty post about igbos, simply stating the truth SELFISH BIAFRANS even igbos in las giddi know it. All of Nigeria knows it. ITS NOTHING NEW. its not an igbo issue its a biafran issue and a NIGERIA ISSUE im tired of arguing with you coons |

ezeagu: I can now see where your coming from, and what background you have, can you name me the powerful bankers in America, just one? Do you not know that the most powerful people in this world are behind the scenes? Just because you don't see certain people throwing wild parties and/or being escorted by the whole Nigerian police force, does not mean someone is not powerful. You are almost like the voice of corruption in Nigeria right now because that is how real powerful minds leave Nigeria because people will say the same thing you said and ignore somebody with ideas. It's a shame, but the pot will soon boil over. This has nothing to with Lawal the banker - hes in America and doesn't represent Nigeria What country doesn't listen to elites or powerful voices? if poor man has idea in America is it not the Rich man he goes to, to sponsor him? Beaf: Sjeezy, when I mentioned Wole Shoyinka and how our winches dealt him blows, I was talking about Shoyinka the uni student. Find out what happened to him. We know soyinka was wronged in Nigeria- my point is if soyinka left Nigeria and never came back, how would he be today ? what would he write about ? what would he be an activist for? Would he have even be known? |
Politics › Re: The Map Of Biafra by sjeezy8: 4:41am On Sep 17, 2009 |
lol funny guy how do you know im not half igbo? or ijaw or kalabar you sound like an ass ezeagu: And then they will come and call me "tribalist". What is this? What concerns everybody with Biafra and Igbo issue? Why does it bother you so much that you can't even keep from posting none sense in these threads that don't address you? hmm "The "Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra" (MASSOB) advocates a separate country for the Igbo people of south-eastern Nigeria.[13] They accuse the state of marginalising the Igbo people. MASSOB says it is a peaceful group and advertises a 25-stage plan to achieve its goal peacefully.[26] The Nigerian government accuses MASSOB of violence; MASSOB's leader, Ralph Uwazuruike, was arrested in 2005 and is being detained on treason charges; MASSOB is calling for his release. MASSOB is also championing the release of oil militant Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, who is facing similar charges.[13]" why ask such a dumb ass question? MASSOB AINT GOT NOTHING ABOUT MARGINLIZING OTHER TRIBES IN THE EAST ALL I SEE IS IGBO ONLY SOMEONE WHO ADVOCATED FOR THE OTHER TRIBES CAUSE IGBOS DIDN'T |

ezeagu: I'm talking about GM in America.
There are millions of 'powerful' Nigerian's that are not in the public eye, that have left. Don't try and act like this is not the case, because any casual reader will not take you seriously. LOL as you said in America benefiting Americans he simply doesn't matter i can careless about a guy who lives and works in America What powerful Nigerians? because all the ones that are powerful became so through Nigerian issues IF YOU AREN'T POWERFUL IN NIGERIA YOU MOST LIKELY DONT MATTER ANYWHERE ELSE |

Okay lol sounds great till then worry about what happens in igboland and stop grouping everyone together didnt you know that ojukwu and ken saro wiwa were enemies? and ojukuwu was supposedly present during his execution it could be an issue seeing as how igbos love to marginlize others while they cry about being marginalized |

udezue: Please provide us with facts not gibberish. Ewu nkapi. The UK was heavily involved in Ngeria while USA was heavily involved in Vietnam Wars and Civil rights, anti war movements you fool. Biafra was not USA's main concern. An American actually died in that war while trying to fly goods to Biafra. Biafra was featured in Time Magazine and it was not talking about USA helping Nigeria. America did not want to get involved in it at all. lol why are you so senseless Americas behind EVERYTHING, The same people who provided relief to Iraq after they blew it all up same with Japan? use your brain guy The usa didn't help Nigeria they have always supported the British who helped Nigeria. ITS CALLED IMPERIALISM the brits and America benefit from Nigeria being one. Dont you think that if trade with britain and Nigeria was disturbed, trade with england and America will also disrupt? use your stinkin brain |

udezue: U must be an idiot. The last time I checked it was Nigeria that, UK, USSR, Egypt that blockaded Biafra will the help of Cameroon not USA. America also enslaved plenty Yoruba slaves. Now wetin u want do about that? What happened to learning history b4 u spew garbage. Dude are so fuckinn stupid and dumb I wonder if your father abused as a child. Freaking repellent skunk. I can see u are crying more than the bereaved. Even I live in hell wetin concern your dumbass. U want us to improve the East so Nigeria can benefit like as if u aint benefitting already from the East u dumbass. If not for the East that cesspit u call Nigeria will cease to exist coz aint no way nincompoops like u North and West can govern it without looking for the East to leach on for its human and natural resources. Nkuta racha kwa ki anya. If u so believe I shouldn't be in the USA since according to u they blockaded Biafra not Nigeria why then should give a rat's ass about doing anything that will benefit Nigeria? Ode. My only and main concern is pass Benin, lower Benue and East of the Niger river so kindly shut the hell up. What a dimwit. Think b4 u write trash. Thanx lol after i seen the USA not, i stopped reading cause the US supported Nigeria in the tactic of puting a blockade up against biafrans for the duration of the war. Nigerian army wanted to wipe you coons out everyone else told them to starve Biafrans until they give up. hard headed coons like you chose to keep on going while starvin people surrounded them, clowns like ojwuku fled the country only later to enjoy his wealth and RUN FOR PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA, he aint got no shame. lol i dont care about no damn slavery niggu im tlaking about 20th century to now niggette |
