But reliability is the issue? My fellow Nigerians have been known to build sophisticated sites just to defraud others. What's the assurance that after paying for a plan & working on assigned projects that I'll get my pay at the end?, Who do we hold accountable?

I understand the policemen collect money from them but they are not present on all the routes na, From apata to iwo road by cab is smooth sailing most of the time. They carry extra passengers to maximize the profit
