DaBullIT:
Exactly my point . the other day I was reading something similar I think that was mech engine student's project in a school I forgot. Finishing was awesome too clean they even wrote the HP bhp forming that the car even passes EU safety checklist

Then I vexed I said its a Scam to get grant from FG students didn't build that car. But see insult and curse. I'm glad several other people are seeing the truth now.

I believe I see a Toyota logo at the front of the ash colored car self grin grin
Haha. Check out the engine compartment. Smooth and exquisitely formed. I'm not saying they're not involved with the production, but I feel their contributions were more on the financial than technical side.
Politics › Re: I've Had A Change Of Heart With Rochas Okorocha by slap1(m): 5:54am On Oct 08, 2014
Welcome home, prodigal son. Haha.
Only a blind man would accuse Rochas of doing nothing. Every local government has new or renovated schools and a big hospital (in various stages of completion).
Even the remote parts of the state are feeling his goodness. Okigwe town was completely abandoned by Ohakim but Rochas has transformed that dusty town into something better.
If you think Rochas is not working, come to Abia State where you don't even see spoilt/abandoned cement mixers, bulldozers, etc that shows somebody was trying to build something.
Rochas is the best governor in Imo State since Sam Mbakwe.

You can't truly love two people at a time; because if you really love the first, you won't need the second.

***
I know you won't take my advice but I'll just give it anyway: LEAVE BOTH OF THEM!
Why? You are sitting on a time bomb by dating a cultist. ( What kind of girl are you self?!)

I also feel the second guy knows you're crushing on him and is waiting to crush you back.

For safety sake, leave the second guy completely and pretend you still love the first one...maka ndu gi.

Sometimes this case is geographical, when you don't stay with like-minds. It happens to me, too. But when you're in the midst of people like you, you rarely feel out of place.
Career › Re: It Is A Fallacy That No Knowledge Is a Wasted one by slap1(m): 9:59am On Oct 07, 2014
For example, I don't see how the
knowledge of how to prepare a cake
or sew clothes would have a
significant bearing on my life if I were
a lawyer.
Let's say you're defending someone who allegedly killed someone at a different location when he confessed to have been making cakes somewhere else in the same timeframe. Don't you think knowledge of cake-making (and the time it takes to make a particular type) would help you argue the case?

Sometime ago, a guy on this forum confessed he's gainfully employed because he's good with AutoCAD which he grudgingly decided to learn from a friend back in school.
Another person I know is comfortable as a teacher of sign language which he also learnt as a past-time.

So knowledge from any source at all is potentially valuable.

My first guess is, 'This guy wants to have it all!'
Bro, you can't have the best of both worlds. How long do you wanna club and drive spontaneously? Life comes in stages and you have to condition your mind in readiness for each stage.
And who says 30 or 40 is old? Have you heard that life begins at 40? You spend quality time thinking of tomorrow and end up wasting today. Live one day at a time! Good luck!

When a marriage is punctuated with ignorance, immaturity and sky-high ego, these questions are sure to come up.
In a marriage founded and groomed on understanding and maturity, there is little arrangement on resource control; the financial responsibilities are automatically mutual.

The exterior and finishing are too clean. I can't easily relate it to what a group of students built, unless they used a car assembly plant.

What can I say? Even in the so-called ivory towers, academic achievement is not adequately encouraged!
Now tell me why a student would be encouraged to gun for glory in this circumstance? I'm sure the best student won't even be popular in her faculty while the pageant winner will most likely have lunch with Fashola!
This is equally my grouse with MTN and other big companies that pour huge amounts of money into vanity shows like Project Fame and the rest without really encouraging academic growth, which is what we need. Technically and academically gifted lads are demoralized due to lack of sponsorship. Personally, I believe we have enough 'musicians' in this country. We need more academicians!

I'm impressed that we're really penetrating Chelsea's defence and have kept Costa quiet this far.

However, we need to work on our finishing. More importantly, Wilshere should pass the ball more.

Again, why is Õzil playing on the flank?
