Politics › Re: Why Was Obigbo/Oyigbo Taken Out Of Imo State And Carved Into Rivers State? by SlayerForever: 12:55pm On Nov 09, 2020
The other day I was here on Nairaland I wanted to open a thread about something like this. I forgot.

If Egbema is removed from Rivers and rejoined to Imo and Etche is readded to Imo also, what will be the remaining oil output of Rivers state?

Someone more knowledgeable of the respective oil outputs of communities in Rivers can open a thread on it.

Why is it Umahi made no mention of the innocent Igbo lives lost? Is it only ipob members that were killed?

I think Umahi is a bastard. Or is he afraid of Wike or what?

^^^^^Credit must go to the government for that point 3 in particular. No external loan sourcing for this enormous project. That is highly commendable.

IkwerrePikin:
Lies and propaganda by certain elements will not stop Gov. Wike. His massive development In Rivers state and acceptance of all tribes in Nigeria will speak for him.

Nnamdi Kanu wants to turn Rivers state to a war zone but we Rivers people can’t allow that.

Gov. Wike Is a very simple and honest man. He loves all tribes.

If Wike hated the Igbos doing business in Rivers state and wants to kill them at Oyigbo, why is he not killing Igbos living in Port Harcourt and in his community?

Why did Wike appoint an Igbo man the commissioner for special duties (Gov's office) in the person of Hon. Onowu Anyasodike if he hated Igbos?

He only made sure Rivers state is peaceful for the people of Rivers state and we are happy and support him.

Rivers state didn’t declare IPOB a terrorist organization, The Federal Govt did and with the crisis they caused in Oyigbo LGA if Wike doesn’t act, Rivers state will turn to a war zone with time.

All tribes are living peacefully, doing their business in Rivers state. We don’t discriminate.

But don’t undermine our peaceful nature.

God bless Niger delta

God bless Nigeria
Hahahahhaha. This post and several others have exposed you today: Arrewa in Ikwerre clothing! Tweh! Arrewa you get mental problem.

I wonder what you'll say when it comes out that Buhari is actually dead.

Number 1 is spot on. But it's not just an ipob thing so don't target ipob for that.

As for the rest 50 50 either way.

Eastlink:
I agree that the northerners attacked the EndSARS protesters first, but Kanu in his nature just like he tried doing in Lekki, made it seems as if those who attacked the northerners were IPOB. If this is not a man trying to cause chaos in his comfort in London, what else do we call it? What does EndSARS protest have to do with Biafra that foolish Kanu would want to involve them into it. Kanu as a matter of fact used the opportunity to make things worst, but those who have sold their brains to his Supreme leadership see nothing wrong with it. The lines of Gidigidi, Dede1 and other nairaland IPOB miscreants.

Kanu caused the problem with his loquaciousness and foolishness. Today, IPOB are at the receiving end all thanks to his stupidity. Even the pople of Oyigbo and the Ikwerre of Iriebe who retaliated the onslaught are now painted as IPOB. Sunday Mgbere the Onne youth leader now has a bounty on his head all thanks to IPOB. The Odi happening in Oyigbo today was the handiwork of IPOB. Indigenes who have had clashes with northerners in the past are now targeted by this one-sided army onslaught all thanks to IPOB.

Sterling Oil is own by India. The purpose of this EIA presentation is part of the formalisation of the company in oil and gas exploration/production in Anambra State. And also setting up office in Anambra from where they will be executing their oil and gas exploration business in the state.

They government should hold them to the scruff concerning oil spillage and other negative impacts. We can't have a Niger Delta scenario in the East.

D1official:
I'm Igbo but not an IPOB member basically because of the unbridled and unguided utterances of Nnamdi Kanu which has led to the death of innocent lives both young and old.

However, Many of us has because of ethnic or religious bias approached this issue lopsidedly and has forgotten to ask questions that really matter forgetting that Nigeria has never created a monster that infested on a particular region or people.

I therefore would want to ask and be clarified on these grounds without insults please.

1. Where, how and when we're the 6 soldiers killed by IPOB @ obigbo/oyigbo?

2. What are the names or pictures of these soldiers.

3. Why was there no report of such crime or at least a footage of the killings by the people of Obigbo/Oyigbo, the Nigerian army or even the Hausa community.

4. Where the highly trained Nigerian soldiers disarmed by unarmed ipob members or were they killed on a gun dual.

5. How did the governor know that the said killers were IPOB members without being caught or prosecuted.

6. How did the Nigerian soldiers know that all the people they have killed so far are IPOB members.

I believe that we need to demand answers to these questions.
My brother you will never get this answers. Because his attack on Obigbo people is based on fabrications.

PDP that is headed by Uche Secondus (an Ogoni man).
Ndigbo identify your problems.
Ogoni have always had eye on Obigbo and more importantly, know that Nnamdi Kanu has nothing to offer.
Obigbo was his first test and he is busy thinking he can blackmail Nigeria to freedom with innocent peoples blood.
He can't even defend his supposed stronghold (Obigbo)
Secondus is Andoni. Not Ogoni.
