With ur comments, I can deduce that u don't kn international law. There are huge differences between repatriation and kidnapping/abduction. Repatriation is done by the host country the suspect is presently resident after an agreement of both countries (Britain and Nigeria) not the other way round.

However i urge to contact a senior director in ministry of lands and find out who owns what. Majority of the landed properties in lagos are owned by yorubas by ratio of 5 to 1. Go to lagos ministry of lands, one yoruba family from oyo owns 862 properties. Just one. Then imagine others .Yorubas from all over the sw and abroad own majority of the properties in lagos. In Abuja, northerners own majority of the properties.
