For example TM gave Beckham 22 assists in the EPL. Official EPL website though credit him with 80.

We can see the glaring difference here

2017/2018----14

2016/2017----18

2015/2016----9

Equation: 14+18+9=41/3=13.6

However, if we include his season with Chelsea

2017/2018-----14

2016/2017.......18

2015/2016.......9

2013/2014 (Chelsea)---1

Equation: 14+18+9+1=42/4=10.5

In summary KDB has averaged 10.5 assists in his EPL career.

Just saying

I understand your argument and truthfully, it does sound convincing and I am saying it with all honesty. I am not sure where you are getting your averages from but it is incorrect. He is currently at 14 (would more than likely surpass it), 18 last year and 9 before then. If you do your math, it places him at 13.6 per season and that is a respectable discrepancy when you are speaking of just assists.

I am not questioning KDB's ability or quality here. How many great seasons has KDB had in the EPL? Maybe you are right, 2 seasons are enough to include him in that list after all, Modric only played 3 seasons. You make a good argument for his case anyways.

Beckham was mainly a winger in England, so it makes senses that Crosses are his main form of pass was the Cross.

Beckhams cross was the only type of pass that was good every other type, he was mediocre, even Giggs a fellow winger had more variety and better passes

If we are speaking of the best passers in the history of the EPL, then consistency over a long period of time in the EPL is imperative. Consequently, I am ruling KDB out of my list. KDB is having a magnificent season passing the ball under Guardiola, however, this conversation is about "all time" folks who have done it over and over and over again in the EPL and not their entire career.

In no particular order, maybe with Paul Scholes being the exception.

Some weeks back I was seeing KDB assists as highest in Europe in the past like 5 seasons.

Any team in Europe KDB enters today, he will be their best midfielder, How many of those above can say the same at their peak. And KdB's biggest strength is his passing

KDB averaged 15 assists in the EPL for the past 3 seasons thats assuming he makes no more assist till this season ends. In the past 10 years only Ozil and Fabregas have made more than 15 assists a season
